haha you beat me to it xD I only started playing yesterday and died a few times and last time I did, caused my pod to relocate far away from the original spot which was much much better, made me rage quit last night lol
Gonna try again and be extra careful. this game needs "item stacking" i dont want my 1 slot material to take up too many slots, hope this is on their scope in later updates.
I was gonna tell you that most people just edit out the space between their words, but then I realized your time is valuable too.

Has the silicone rubber requirement changed? My game tells me its some seed pod things and some nasty fish keeps biting me when I get close to them.
That is what I'm wondering, either this tutorial is outdated or we're being given false information. I can't make any rubber with the items to said to gather and I don't know what the item to get looks like for rubber and so I'm back to starving and wandering around looking for the materials.

I cant make (meaning I don't even have the option) most of that stuff like cooking the fish, making water etc
I can't seem to find the multipurpose room in the builder menu.

stalkers are attacking me at my base where i began and wrecked from, I can't do anything in the game but survive. I get out into the water, they are haunting me. you are able to swim around and get stuff that I have to go miles for , whats up? I have played for 17 hours now and no salt, none! should I restart?

I think they've changed the recipe for rubber to vine seeds. It not longer used quartz.

when I create my knife it does not show up in my hot bar I have to drag it into my inventory. Also when I try to equip something I only see my hand.
+Brandon Hall That sounds a little bit like a graphical glitch. Hover your cursor over the knife in your inventory and press the number on your hot bar the corresponds to the slot you want it in, example [ 1 ]
As for the no item in hand glitch, make sure you report bugs like this to the developers by pressing F8, help make the game a better game! Anything else i can help you with?
