      I think We became stressed when we are doing things that is not in the list of our goals. So we have to be careful in our habits, we have to stay disciplined and motivated till to reach our goals. Without goals and your direction life is meaningless. So staying motivated and disciplined to my goals makes me happy and away from stress

    I guess, The instant cure for anxiety is to understand the fact that there are infinite amount of possible outcomes in this universe and our brain only thinks of a handful . A bad outcome can become the means of a good outcome in the future. Just like that a good outcome can become the means of a bad outcome. For example, you lost your job (bad thing). But then you got a new job which is better ( bad thing led to a good outcome.) It's an endless cycle. So just go with the flow and don't think about it . 😄 Goodluck.

    What to do if I have uncontrollable crying when I’m anxious? It really affects my social life because I can start crying during the conversation if I feel uncomfortable or not in control of the situation.

    • @PaigeSquared
      @PaigeSquared Před 2 měsíci

      "I do not agree it is fine. I am needing some sort of support for this anxiety. I feel prevented from doing (the task), and I don't want that."
      It helps a lot if you have specific tools or things you can name. You presented them with a problem without any guidance or precedent on what to do (they could be trained or look it up, but that isn't within your control, what the adults around you are capable of doing). Many will not provide emotional support, but can facilitate some space so you can take a walk or do some breathing, will give you a task or distraction to do, or can allow access to a different activity if you're in a classroom.
      A simple dismissal isn't going to be reassuring to you. For processing or reframing a difficult scenario, look into "the abcde method" from CBT.

      Hey William, I suggest you try meditation or simply relaxing music. It's a simple way to reduce stress and anxiety. Meditation provides a soothing of the mind and helps to connect with yourself. Obviously, this does not prevent being followed by a health professional. However, I believe it's a good way to take care of yourself and make you feel better. I sincerely hope that you will find your means to fight your anxiety.
