    I have searched for the meaning and difference between these three states and in each instance I found they were used interchangeably. This is the first time I understand the true difference between them. Thank you for the clarification!

    Our emotions guide us and our feelings can be a vital information. But the talk was one step forward with high, low intensity, pleasent, unpleasant graph, putting things in perspective. Good one.

    How would you say this relates to those who relate to being sensitive/empathic.
    I often feel like I can feel the emotions of others too.
    I'm thinking knowing my own emotions/feelings may help me understand and decide this side of me better
