- When so much of our work and lives is 'unprecedented,' how can leaders and changemakers cut through the chaos and find clarity? Emotional intelligence is a crucial tool to 'meet the moment.' Join two pioneers in EI in a lively dialogue around:
:: What is ongoing uncertainty and chaos doing to people's emotions?
:: We're facing a time of increased volatility & polarization -- how can emotional intelligence help?
:: Loneliness is up, wellbeing is down -- what does that mean for leaders, educators and changemakers?
Daniel Goleman is the international bestselling author of Emotional Intelligence, and his latest book just hit the shelves: OPTIMAL.
Joshua Freedman is the cofounder and ceo of the world's largest network dedicated to growing emotional intelligence, Six Seconds.
Thank you both for an informative talk on EI and how it is impacting all of us in today's rapidly changing and often chaotic times. You are both two of my very favorite people and mentors. :-)
Really agree role modelling how we handle uncertainly is the best way to teach children and students, as parents and teachers.
Very interesting, I love Daniel Goleman's calm and compassionate presence, and the sense of hope and opportunity of doing something that this webinar conveyed, altouth data from last EI research are not encouraging.
Dan echoes my definition of leaders -- love it!
