1. Replace Battery P/N: A1322, 661-5557
2. Replace/Upgrade Random Access Memory (RAM) P/N: PC3-8500 1GB, 2GB, 4GB (Workaround: Any 204-Pin DDR3 SO-DIMM as long as 1 old module is left in one of the banks)
3. Replace Hard Disk Drive P/N: Any compatible SATA Drive
4. Replace DVD Super Drive P/N: 661-5165, 661-5502, 661-5865 or comparable
5. Replace Trackpad P/N: 922-9063, 922-9525, 922-9773
6. Replace Screen Assembly P/N: 661-5232
7. Replace WiFi/Bluetooth AirPort Card P/N: 661-5388, 661-5541
8. Replace Fan P/N: 922-8620, 661-5418, 661-9530, 922-9530, 661-4946
9. Replace Logic Board P/N: 661-5559
10. Replace CPU Heat Sink P/N: 922-9446
11. Replace Speakers P/N: 922-9058, 922-9445, 922-9057
12. Replace Microphone P/N: 922-9059
13. Replace Power Connector/DC-in-Board P/N: 661-5217, 661-5235, 922-9307, 820-2565-A
14. Replace Keyboard P/N: Any A1278 Keyboard 2009-2012
Reinstall bottom case (recurring for all videos)
I just performed this and it works. I must have missed the other videos about bringing over the heat sink and microphone because they are blatantly missing from this demo. I did add in those two steps.

Hey bro, you saved my MacBook. I paid $60 for a new logic board and now my Mac works again. Lots of corrosion on the old logic, Mac wouldn’t turn on even though I never had water damage. Can I Venmo you a little tip, what’s your vm? Only thing I fucked up on was the microphone swap but I don’t use that anyways so it didn’t matter, I have a new laptop on the way and just needed to recover the data and have a backup machine. Hey how’s it going! I’m about to embark on this never before done journey, I’m prolly making it sound more complicated that it really is, okay so here’s what I’m looking at, I have my mac I have the main drive divided into windows for my Cnc program, Um I believe this is called boot camp? The program, okay so if I do just as you’ve shown me, will I have any start up issue with the other system, or both, when the new logic board is installed?

I have a 2010 13” pro that needs a logic board replacement, and I researched and found people saying that you could swap out the 2010 pro with a 2009 pro logic board, can this be done?
Some models are interchangeable but it's hard to say without all the serial number details, since there were many variants released the same year during different parts of the year. It's best to use an exact board replicant.

Yes, reseat the keyboard connection to the logicboard. The power button is part of the keyboard and so if not connected all the way, when you press the power button nothing happens.
