Will it have any impact on getting PGWP after study?

Yes you can. No it will not affect your PGWP. Prepare a SOP while doing your paperwork stating why changing the course is important to you..

Please look for Facebook groups like Tamils in Toronto or GTA.. The next option is to download AirBNB app and book a room for a few days.. I shall post a video on this soon..
