Under 'Employer Criteria' for NLPNP, it states the company must be authorized to hire foreign workers with either an LMIA or JVA. Also, show the province reasonable recruitment efforts for hiring Canadians first. What about it? Did your company fulfill all of this or is that not required?
Yes that is required. Your company should be able to provide those details
@@KeetusDiary So, the provincial crown corporation you were working for got a positive LMIA for you, you're saying? That's highly unlikely. Most crown corporations clearly state in the job offer letter itself that they will not get an LMIA. I'm curious.
Why would they get me an LMIA when I had a valid open work permit? I thought you asked me for other employers who would likely help their employees to get an appropriate visa and also I don’t like the tone in which you talk to me. I don’t owe you anything. Just putting out there..

No once you get a PR, it’s permanent
Please can you use any employer with NLPNP?

Thanks for sharing your experience Keetu, I find them helpful. How long did you wait after your PGWP before you applied for NLPNP and PR? Can a graduated student apply for NLPNP soon as PGWP is received?
You need a job offer to qualify for PR, with just a PGWP you can’t apply for NLPNP

The job offer has to be full time and permanent or atleast for 2 years
