Remember that time a couple of years ago where a driver in a Vauxhall Corsa got stuck? They were interviewed on the news and said 'Well, if a Corsa can't get through there I don't think anything else could!' Oh how we laughed in the Land Rover engineering offices!
See that bus go through, we in Dublin have them but they're named AX fleet type, I drove one through a flood much much higher where it was up a foot up on the windscreen, the water also came in through the doors to the seats till the rear wheel arch inside, the fog lights filled with water, the wave it created caused other cars to bounce along 😜
I did this depth one morning at a local flooded section near me. All good until a dick head in a 4 x wheel drive with no experience of wading nor any common sense or manners entered the water on the opposite side of the road before I had cleared, far too fast and flooded my intake with the water displacement. I would have willingly explained the bow wave method as I was punching him in the teeth but of course he didnt stop. Luckey I saw what was going to happen and turned the engine off before it was stalled. Again luckily for me it was a company car so checking the turbo etc was not at my expense.
I could watch this all day. Great video.
Be my guest watch it (and all the others) all day long!
7:08... classic beemer "guys, wtf are you doing walking on the pavement?! Get out the way, I'm bloody driving!"
All of the Range and Land Rovers have got this, piece of cake 😂
Tbf, it's dry roads they breakdown on.

3:57 Is that lady on the left wearing a blanket on her neck?
why is it so hard for people to go slowly and steadily, they got it all wrong.
I’ve seen this in the other vids these van drivers go at it at 100mph and get stopped immediately and flood the engine from the bow wave.
Yes to protect the engine from hydronic lock go slowly but to entertain the spectators go fast , 😀
4:40 lol
It's not just rufford abbey water 💦 splash people watch........ it's a craze up n down the country!! 🤣🤣🤣
Podría pasar horas centado tomando unos mates ahi, saludos desde Argentina
BR05 GUN I wonder if he shoots?
If it had been 18 inches deeper those Land Rovers wouldn’t have been swamped
Range Rover are made for going in water and climbing stuff very high
I would have loved the AA van to have got stuck & have to be rescued by one of the other breakdown organisations!
Hay lads should I bring my monster truck their and floor it through
Find a water 💦 splash in the UK......n people watch it!! 🤣🤣
You might make it through the water but your brakes aren't going to work very well for awhile.
Nonsense
That is why they usually have signs that say check your brakes and car brakes are designed for this.
Rubbish, all you do it yank on them briefly after exiting the water and they’ll be fine
Not if they’re disk brakes
There is a sign just after where the ford would be telling you to try your brakes
