      as long as the Gov hasn't paid for the Hawaiian Land they took, that's theft. Similar to walking in to Longs take an item without paying for it. Those State attorneys should be disbarred for life who represented both sides, misguiding Hawaiian Home Land commissioners.

    • @jordankahele14
      @jordankahele14 Před 4 lety

      Nohea Yup and with that same metaphor shoplifters get caught by Longs employees, and call the police department later. Now when you get to these State Attorneys, who were supposed to be like Longs employees, that’s really disturbing for all of them to be dishonoring the rule of law who say they would do, that’s truly hypocritical. I know you’re right Nohea Longs employees should be pissed with this jerks, that if they have to go through this, then why can’t government employees do the same, and follow the rule of law.the way Longs do surely, they are saying it’s not a fair process but for them it’s ok to get away with it. Or like you clearly stated Nohea, they should be disbarred when they ignore a simple rule...

    The written agreement for Mauna Kea Access Road is, "DOT does not have operational jurisdiction of Mauna Kea Access Road!"
    It is a FACT.. the criminal state has stolen DHHL and paved an illegal road over it and are not allowing legal land owners to use the road these criminals put on their land.
    This is Hawaii and Hawaiians are always the ones that are getting kicked off their own lands, THEIR LANDS. There's actually a real "trust and beneficiaries with no blood quantum required in Hawaiian Kingdom Law." The blood quantum law was made up by America to marginalize indigenous/aboriginal people so they can steal our lands!

    The Only Compromise I see is to FIND this ENTITY (called state government) and all it's Agents "Legislators & it's branches all in Violation of Hawaiian Homes Commission Act of LAWS, to be Guilty of breaking these Laws.. By this ( Entity called state government) & by it's deliberate ACTIONS in Feigning the True Facts, Of OHA'S Rightful Ownerships..
    Since then those in this Entity of state government are called Agents and that they to are in violation of wrongly opinionating it's self to the public via our local news media stations and our local news papers to the people of Hawaii of Their Laws & Rulings in ownership and land aquirings... If this Entity called state government & it's whole body of Legislators and their branches and Divisions are found Guilty? THIS WOULD " VITIATE " ALL Court Decisions & Rulings where any AINA & LAND CONTRACT'S or AGREEMENTS were disputed and their courts actions had awarded state government to prevail..
    Hawaii's Aina/Lands would be back in Hawaiian/Kanaka Maoli, Nation's Management! JMO

      Not possible since kanaka owns all the surrounding lands including the highway across saddle road from the military installation to well past the Mauna loa observatory road. We also own the 6.8-mile access road that leads to the visitor center, the lands of Pu'uhululu and the left and right flanks of lands that sweep up the sides of the Mauna, named Humu'ula. Those lands are designated as Aina Mauna legacy lands and are to be distributed to beneficiaries on the pastoral waitlist. The tents and other temporary structures you see along the side of the saddle road are beneficiaries refusing to die on the waitlist. The "ego scene" that has been perpetuated for over 4 decades is UH, TMT, DOT, COH, DLNR, AG, tour companies and astronomers and all the other state agencies that thought they had some legal right to steal lands from a trust that was established by an act of congress. None of the MOU's or MOA's nor any other state-created documents have any legal standing to move, sell, remove or "trade" trust lands.

    So the govt agency paid 600 mil to another govt agency for the road land. So it's owned by the govt now. So what's his point ? The info he puts out defeats his own argument.

    • @yourdivinitycode
      @yourdivinitycode Před 4 lety

      The $600,000 million was for lands stolen that do not include the access road or 362 acres of lands stolen to construct highways. Roads and highways are a separate issue. The access road and highways were to include a cash settlement and land exchange, neither of which occurred in over 24 years. That agreement is now void.

      @@yourdivinitycode the agreement stands until it is replaced by another one. Take your beefs to the Hawaiian legislature. Cut a new deal. Demand more money for the homestead project and then get the fuck off the road and stop blocking lawful transport. You may think your govt is stupid and faulty, but join the club, that is the nature of govt everywhere, and it was just as true when you were governed by kaingz n sheit.
