Corruption in the unions, law enforcement, the legislature, the executive branch is well known yet we keep voting Democrat! The grievances brought up by the protesters have been around for decades. Regardless whether the TMT is built or not, these grievances will still exist. The protesters have thrown everything they have against the TMT over the last 10 years and have come up empty. They now have no leg to stand on so they claim that it's really not about the TMT...it's much bigger. Sorry but that's a bunch of crap. The TMT has complied with everything asked of it and more. They've held community meetings, complied with all the regulations, dealt with numerous lawsuits and finally received the green light from the State Supreme Court. Governor Ige and Mayor Kim are not enforcing the laws that they are sworn to uphold and are making a mockery out of the entire process. The Kingdom of Hawaii DOES NOT EXIST. If it does then where is it.?

Wrong battle to pick. What better gift from a star mapping culture than a telescope.

The highest of courts, already made its decision. Protestors step aside time to build TMT.

I support TMT, dont get me wrong. But I'd like to see another vote happen and see the results just out of curiosity.

@@calmdownkid Building of TMT will win the majority vote..AGAIN!! But protestors wont accept defeat and will continue to block the access road. Same cycle over and over for the past 5 years.

The comments here reflects the ability of the writer to understand what they see and hear. Obviously they are weak at doing that. Regarding the "vote". He is speaking to the Trustees 0f OHA. The vote he asks for is from OHA. Apparently most of you can't figure that out.

@@edwardakiona256 Great. When he said "bring it back up to a vote", the word back threw me off. But wouldn't polling OHA specifically be unrepresentative?
