DHHL is the United states puppet anything to do with owning land in hawaii is closely monitored by the United states if you take a closer look on oahu they have no trespassing government property signs almost everywhere reason being the lands are being saved for big time foreign investors and other corrupted government plans thats why i say we need to start pressing them on the u.s illegal occupation at that we need more international lawyers and people like D.r keanu sai to get involved and press them as well if we don't do that more & more land will be lost and more foreign and mainland corporations will take it.

I never like that 1921 Hawaiian Homes Act or 195 it’s a race base entity which they require a “blood quantum” of 50%. Its an American system that has being violating not just our independence from 1843. We kanakas btw are not indigenous we are aboriginals first to come to this islands, however, since than we support indigenous populations rights. When UN investigated these indigenous States they were violating these same people in these states were being harmed through disparities by these indigenous States

Hawaiian Kingdom Hawaii is an always will be an independent sovereign country. I believe the Hawaiians were lied too an brainwashed to believe that Hawaii was overthrown back in 1893. So they buy into the lie that Hawaiians lost there sovereignty. So they waste there precious time fighting for there sovereignty. They never lost it they still have it there land an sovereign. They just been fooled TO THINK THAT THEY LOST IT. HAWAIIANS are still the decision makers they just don’t know it. All they have to do is kick out the state an reclaim there Hawaiian kingdom of government. All they have to do is appoint there own Hawaiian leaders. Drop OHA an all these crap agencies that is holding the Hawaiian people down like dogs scurrying an begging to eat at the dinner table. If the Hawaiian people are not allowed to eat at the dinner table THEN NO ONE WILL EAT AT THE DINNER TABLE . A message to the non Hawaiians OUT THERE. Hawaiians only. Aren’t you tired of being tolerant of other race of people. It’s time to think of Hawaiian people only. They are of a dying breed. The non Hawaiians are responsible for the Hawaiian peoples demise. It’s like a plague an they are responsible for spreading its disease. Killing them off slowly one by one. And these city council panels sit there while the Hawaiian people pour there hearts out an tell there story on there lives being destroyed by a fake provisional unelected government that sits there holding back laughing at them under their skin because they don’t give a fuk about the Hawaiian peoples lives that they have destroyed. HAWAIIANLION 77 Bottom line THEY the state don’t care about the Hawaiians one bit. Hawaii is still an always will be a independent sovereign country. Hawaiians never lost it to begin with. It all was a lie from the beginning in 1893. Why cause Kamehameha said so. Hawaii is part of the British colony, that’s why the Hawaiian flag looks similar to the British flag. That’s how the Hawaiian kingdom still exists to this day. Form your own Hawaiian kingdom government an kick out the state. By right the state is breaking international law war crimes. The United States has no jurisdiction in the Hawaiian kingdom. White privileged people think they are superior over the Hawaiian man. The big island is the one last special places in Hawaii I would hate to see it go to waste an see the the non Hawaiians get a hold of any of it. No even one foot of it. Hawaiians have to do something while trump is in office. If the presidency ever changes to a democrat president it will not be good for the Hawaiian people an the Hawaiian kingdom. Poverty an total collapse for everyone in Hawaii.

Here is the deal for the Hawaiians on the Big Island, I grew up there and left when I went into the service, but I lived around Hilo and Kau with my old family tree the Keiikoa’s and part of the Macomber clan. Learning from my cousin Pewee who passed away, he told me the lands around Kau and the sugar cane lands were stolen from the Hawaiian people, as we know big business money talks. He told me about Hawaiian families that were taken to the mountain and disappeared in the hands of these sugar cane plantation owners. A lot of lands in Kau are now being sold off and some of the lands were under Hawaiian trust and such or stolen or through government take over via Hawaiians or owners of the land for not paying their land taxes under the US laws, but if my memory serves me right I believe under the Hawaiian laws land was never taxed but shared among the people who farmed it or what ever. The laws of the County and state of Hawaii will fight the Hawaiians that want the lands returned to the rightful owners who are the decendents of the families that lived on the land before the US came there. Lands stolen and already sold illegally will not go back to the Hawaiian people and the reason why is the state already collect taxes on the land via property tax and etc. The government or state will not fight for the Hawaiian people for those lands because it is like shooting the cash cow that provides the state and city works that enjoy the fruits of tax collected. You try to go to the local city or state office to find information on lands that was once owned by Hawaiian families but now owned by the state or Federal government or others you will have a hard time to find factual information from the 1700-1800-and early 1900. I hope the Hawaiians fight for what is right, your voting powers to vote the right person into your local government, may it be the mayor, or local representatives, represent all the People of the island for the better of the island and the rightful owners of the land which is the Hawaiian people. We as Hawaiians are the keepers and protectors of the lands of Hawaii. We should share the land but never sell it for profit so it can be passed on to our future generations of Hawaiians and locals who are born there. I wish my cousin Peewee was still alive because he had a lot of good information esp about the Kau area and family lands for the Hawaiians that lived there. Good Luck to the speaker of this video and keep up the fight. For the Hawaiians that live in the islands rise up, get educated, learn about your pass, stay away from the bad man’s drugs and get in touch with your Hawaiian roots. Aloha

It's amazing how the rich can spin things how ever serves them even though it's clearly WRONG. Wrong as in the opposite of doing the right thing. If it serves them, they go back and say "well those properties we're illegally gained I'm the first place" but since it doesn't serve them, despite what's RIGHT and despite that those properties we're in fact stollen, illegally gained in a very abusive and wrong way, they say they have the right. Nope. The difference between wrong and right is very clear. We must continue to stand up, stand together to make things right. We also need to know how to play ball. Play to win.

All those who reside in dark dwellings shall be revealed, those who deal in the Shadyside will become transparent. The light will reveal those who reside in the dark and these people will fall, it's already happening around the globe. The truth holds the light. Everything deceptive is being revealed!

I'm watching these Big island video news, as an interested party I wont gain anything from it, but who did you elect from governor on down. Were there any meetings like this to educate all voters about those running, governor, senator, representative, mayors, judges civic leaders etc. That's where it starts. Some don't like the elected officials but some win because others like you have had enough and sometimes they win. Have all of you done the same? Is there a committee set up to explain where the candidates stand? That should start something. Tell elected officials who can really do something to help you. If the officials you elect..win then they will do something for you. Best wishes for you.

Considering all the vacant land on the big island, it seems odd to me that any native Hawaiian should have to camp out homeless style anywhere on any of the islands. Set everyone up with an acre or so and let them build as they see fit as long as some basic hygiene standards are met.

Its sad to see that to this day this country still can find justification for taking indigenous lands! At the end the politician said they were private lands to sell! Who’s land did they take and call it private in the first place!? They took! It was indigenous lands in the first place! And should be given back to the people they took it from! I wish the law was based on wrong and right... it was wrong to take the land and it’s right to give it back!
