Used to go there aaaaall the time in China!! Such an amazing place!!they give you hair ties, and if youâre alone, they put a HUGE teddy bear at your table to keep you company
Little known fact about Haidilao: it gained popularity in China (where hotpots were already fairly common) because it used to offer ANY kind of service u needed while u dined. So in the middle of dinner, u feel like getting ur nails done, someone would come and do it. If you need to run errands, someone would be sent to do it while you eat.
Omg I love Haidilao! We went there over winter break to have a nice hot pot and the service was amazing. They gave us phone covers to charge our phone on the table while eating, hair ties to tie up our hair and the amazing candy at the end. Their food was sooo good and the sauces made everything better. My personal favorite there was the free ice cream that comes with the meal.đ (Iâm vegetarian so there werenât many soup bases I could eat but omg Iâm addicted to that place now)
actually, the haidilao restaurants in america are the same in the sense that you also pay around $3 for the sauce bar :) also, i've never been to an asian restaurant in america where i was ever charged for individual sauce lol
your dipping sauce is like how my husband makes hi; he goes for it with all the different layers, and i always make mine simple and end up eating his. we love eating tofu skin and beef tongue in our hot pot, i feel like the tofu skin absorbs all the sauce the best đ

OH I've been there before truly an authentic hot pot experience I love everything there. We even got some desserts shaped like a pig/ cow, but they were too sweet for me to eat lol.

Hao Di Lao really has top-tier customer service. In Vietnam (HCMC) they even paint your nails for free while you wait for your table. Asia: $3 to use the sauce bar.
America: $3 each individual sauce.
Not really. Compare apples to apples and Oranges to Oranges. Haidilao sauces have a buffet setup, buffet restaurants in the US are the same.
