So where would I purchase a bat plug/end cap for an Easton synergy? Mine is cracked and needs replacement

Is not air pressure applied inside the bat when is new? I am afraid to just open and replace the cap and lose the pop of the bat?

Just hook up the air hose to the Schrader valve when you are done. 10-11 psi
