Demarini CF Zen Cap removal procedure

  • This video will show you how I removed the cap off of a
    Demarini CF Zen CBZ R 28-17, it's a pretty straight forward process I will try to remove a few different models and makes to see if the process is the same or not.

    We have the same bat and there is something that came loose inside causing a rattle. If we paid you would be interested in taking off tge cap and getting the loose piece out of there??

    Do you know if an Endloaded Zen just has a weighted endcap?

    Ah man. I wanted to see what the rings look like. How hard is it to get them out?

      The ring is 1.5in wide, and 5 -7mm thick, I used a 2 3/8 hole cutter to get most of it out and 61mm, hole cutter to get the rest of it out.

      TheBat Roller when you take the ring out, does it mess with the structural in. Will it break quicker or not last as long?
