Frame rate was set to 30fps :) the tutorial footage is 4k, the stock footage is 1080p

Is this a 30 FPS video? I tried this transition on a 60 FPS clip and it’s way faster zoom. That makes sense right?

When I play the video the transition is too fast to notice. What did I do wrong here? I did everything right.
1- I cut a 10-frame scene at the end of the video I wanna transition from
2- I inserted all the key frames at the right times
The effect is too fast.
Your framerate is probably not the same as the authors. If your framerate is 60 fps then 10 fames will be 2x faster than the example
