Years ago you could tell a clone from across the room. Now you need a micro loop or have to remove the case back. Clones have come a long way.
Not entirely correct. There are obvious tells that any watch dealer would spot quickly. I am impressed how close they are to the real deal, and in fact the one I own is better made and finished that the seiko I have which was same price.

I own 2 authentic rolex and I’m glad that super clones are overtaking the market…ADs are the first scammers, sell the watches to unauthorized dealers instead of real fan who want to wear the watches. So if you want to wear a Sprite ($12K msrp), you can’t because the waiting list is 8yrs 😂 or you have to pay $26K on the gray market. That’s why a lot of ppl is opting to buy super clones.

$800-$1300 will get you an almost Identical clone to the Rolex brand. Nowadays the Super Clones are phenomenal, it's almost impossible to tell them apart.

Clone is easier to wear around with no worries it is watch in its own class and should be worn like that
Why? Because you need to pay people to stand in a store and tell customers that they can't buy the watch they want even though it's in the back. You also need elaborate marketing campaigns to convince people that a $600 watch is actually worth $12,000. Does China do that? It's a big, fat, NO.
So pony up your cash and get the real deal... Unless you want to tell me you don't like brainwashing schemes and artificial scarcity--If that's the case then we may have to kick you out of the club. And like the other poster said, this will likely affect your family and children as well. Think carefully before making that decision...
The price of the fakes shows that the mark up on the real ones is too high. The price of the real ones is over-the-top and artificial. With the clone you get a fake watch. WIth Rolex you get a fake price. Both are fakes.

Stick with my 1979 pop left me his Tudor. Tudor is sister company of Rolex. Save buy a Tudor. I use for dress up 14k gold nice new strap 1979 made. I use for special occasions. My everyday watch is a Steinhart nice real deal Swiss made watch owned by a Germany company. Steinhart price point is phenomenal nice 600 490 800 1000 watch . Today the replicas are harder and harder to tell. I'll stick to real watches in my price range . I also have a 1949 longines 18k gold needs work but the gold is worth nice penny in scrap lol but won't do that it was Grandpops watch .
