      @@bhagyashreepanda7697 it is effective but not practical. 2pm k bad ka din kese nikaloge bhuka rhkr .. Isse tumhe kamjori aaskti h .. better h subh banana , dry fruit jesa kuch halka kha lo .. or fir 10-11bje tk acha Nashta kr k or 6-7 tk dinner krlo it is more practical

Kyuki tum workout b krti ho or fasting b ... bs tumhara schedule thora hectic h isliy khungi apne eating hours me dry fruit, seasonal fruits , dairy products jrur include rkhna . Vrna long term me shyd kmjori ho jaye .. khane me healthy options rkho . weight loss k liy green tea. Jeera tea. Jesi drinks add kro morning me uthke or lunch k bad ... or regularly tracking kro weight ki... all the best 🌸
