Lock picking is also part of Ranger training. Sometime you can enter and cannot exit because of a locked door on gate. As usual, and good video!
Good point! Thanks for watching!
This is why you still put in a lock on the inside of your door that doesn’t take a key to open. You can’t pick it if there’s no key hole.
That only works while you are inside your house. Since there is no keyhole on the outside, you can't close it, nor open it from outside.
I would recommend you advise people to get a wave rake. It's much easier for beginner pickers to get an open using a wave rake.
You can also use a bump key. Great video
Great tip! Thanks for watching!
@@JasonHansonSpyBriefing I don't remember but I believe either Kwikset or Schlage (or both) have redesigned to make bump keys much less effective.
thanks, I have apartments and the tenants always change the locks with defiant or quickset, when the sheriff does the lockout I have to bring a locksmith, Now I can save $100 each eviction
You sure can! Thanks for subscribing. Glad to have you here.
Not bad. I do this as a hobby, have for many years. Correct tension is so much more important than proper pick technique. I like your other videos but in this area I can judge if you’re selling shit. Again good job.
Thanks for that, John. Keep safe and God bless!
Thanks Again for your Video. God Bless
My pleasure!
also you can break into file cabinets by pulling on the drawers super hard
Would love to hear Your brother's version 😂
Thank you sir.
Most welcome, thank you too! God bless!
What about combination locks?
Good locks we should get for our homes or other property are Medico, or SCHLEG or PONY UP?
I would get Schlage or Medeco.
When friends lose the key to a padlock, I ask them to give it to me. I have a bucket of old padlocks sitting next to my TV chair. While I watch some mindless program... I grab a lock at random and practice.
Thanks for sharing, Derrell. Keep safe and God bless!
how do feel about the expensive locks you can change out
Eating someone else's pizza is a dick move, even if his locks were bad.
OMG, I got locked out of car AND the rescue guy said Anyone can get his locks !!!😆🤣🤔
I don't know. I've rekeyed hundreds of Kwickset and Schlage locks and frankly, there is almost no difference between them. Throughout your video, you characterize Kwickset as a 'cheap' lock and you lump Schlage into those that are 'better'. In my experience, they should be equivalent (i.e. the internals are basically the same. ) Or is there something non-obvious about the Schlage that makes it harder to pick?
Probably the way a Schlage has a curved keyway. Not that it makes any difference, if you know what you're doing. Some of the new Kwiksets have sidebars, much better lock than the older ones.
what brand do you recommend installing?
What if you live in an apartment and can't change the locks?
Why are you raking with a city rake when you should be rocking?
If you only need the L-rake and tension wrench to break in. What do the other tools do if you get a set of lock picks and tension wrenches?
Listen people no matter what kind of lock you get or what kind of safe you have there is videos on CZcams that tell you and show you how to open it your sense of security is false.
Are there groups that do this type of training that don't have bad intentions or is it all the same?
Love this. Can you speak slower so i can understand better? ThNk you!!! Subscribed!

Told easiest way is with a Bump Key with a rubber Gromit around it's neck.
Thank you for sharing. God bless!
OMG!!!!! Why r u teaching this!!!!!! 😱
This skill has existed ever since the invention of pin tumbler locks. Cheap locks are indeed easy to pick
Go spend a little money and install good locks on your doors.
Thank you, Sir. God Bless to you. God Bless America! People shouldn't call themselves an American if they haven't served our beloved country.
You're welcome, Michael. Thank you too, and God bless!
The number of simple locks you can open in 3 seconds using bulletproof raking is absurd.
This also works for women.. Fast in and out for 30 sec with a light pressure upwards..... thank me later ;-)
