Audio is a bit scuffy, but good enough for what time I had today. Hopefully it's fine on your end. We can pretend it's a reference to how dodgy Warhawk's audio mixing for cutscenes was, because all of their cutscenes were like this.

Kinda funny that cyclopes are the counter to gryphons, considering that like all of Scythian mythology is about how gryphons were at constant war with a race of one-eyed men who raided their nests for gold.
I think my first big-brain moment for gryphons was making one fire, so that on ice levels, where everyone is strong against the default air gryphon, I can deploy my fire one to eat the frosties. Then grabbing the dark gryphon was fun, too.
My husband always describes gryphons as "a turret that deals 250 damage to all archers" since they attract all arrows and counter with boulders.

Griffin the super fun, and I know I'm still under utilizing their item slots (3 slots for sure). If I have any complaints, it would be that that the Beast Tamer (winged) tends to get left behind so the Griffins don't get their boosts consistently.

The finer infos were pretty interesting, although the Gryphon is one of the prolly most easy to understand units, making this guide your most obsolete one till now (which is still great but yknow)
It's been a long week, I felt like doing birds today, there wasn't really much planning beyond that. LUCT SNES gryph only is only cut down to like 7.5 hours so far, that'll have more stuff.

They make decent archers with their ranged attack amusingly enough.
Only thing that would make the birds better would be the ability to ride them.
Which is why we need a MOTBQ remake.

Truth. They go bwoosh just as fast against exorcists, though, so over time I've made them all back to normal in favor of the long range revival cleric approach. RIP Chirpy, you will be...dust.
Not sure if it's just me, but the music in the background was a bit loud and sort of drowns you out. Thanks for the video. Love my Gryphons in the game.
It is, and I tried correcting it as much as possible. Plus side, we can consider it a reference to the game the music came from, which also sounds way too loud a lot of the time 🤣
