What are we to the Jedi then, nothing more than *part* of some greater unknown force? Nothing more than energy borrowed *by and for* the universe's purposes? Sure doesn't sound like living to me. I will admit: It's great that Yoda admits to Anakin: "It is the Spontaneity that you find *so easy* that the other Jedi do not that sets you apart." Even in that sentence Yoda was basically saying: "Yo, Anakin, you're batshit and ain't nobody, you included, knows what you're crazy ass will do next, but sometimes that's useful."

Yeah, the jedis starfighters were actually made by the same company. Both the ETA and ETA 2 were the initial concept designs of the engines the TIE would use. Those little winglets on the ETA 2 were to test the heat venting system that gave the TIE its unique shape.
I mean in the star wars universe the republic and the empire employed the same ship/vehicle builders Kuat systems they are responsible for many of their captial ships (and starships) such as the venator/ aclimator and imperial star destroyer
I think so! One of the cool things about prequel era is seeing the early versions of the ships we see in OT. Ships that small couldn't reach hyperspace without those docks, we see Obi-Wan use something similar in AOTC
