Nice rack, man. & the tool storage is cool as well.
Quick and to the point with a little flare for the dramatics, and not over done. Outstanding video EZ Man. Good job! and thank you I can now get all of those tools up off of the floor.
Just built mine from your video and it worked like a charm. Thanks a bunch!
I’m 25 yrs old & already watching these types of videos because I recently purchased a home
Awesome! Your home will be the envy of your neighbors! Remember! ALWAYS take before and after pics. You don’t realize the difference until you see the pics a year later!!!
Fantastic!
It's a neverending project mania.
Welcome to Insanity.
So simple and functional thank you for making the video !!
Just what I was looking for. 🎉
Thank you so much for this, i just did mine today and i am really hapy about it.
Thanks a lot. Was looking so many videos trying to find something like this and almost all of those have nothing but shelving; was loosing hope. Like the simplicity and the numbering idea...that is so great!!! Wish I could give lots of like.
Thanks to your video, I made a very space efficient wall rack utilizing your method of arranging everything on the ground before installing the hooks and mounts. Thank you!
Awesome! Thanks for making my day!
Thanks for these excellent organizing ideas! Looks great- but most importantly you can find everything you need now!
These are great tips, but actually, he just gave me an idea, to store my lawn tools in a big empty bin i have, LOL!
Thank you EZ! That was the rack I wanted to make because I have the wood and the wall to do that. I just had not the great idea that you presented. Thanks a lot!
Man, I need to do exactly that garden tool organizer you just created, thank you brother for sharing 👍👍👍👍👍
Thanks for the comment!👍🏽
I am actually working on a garden tool hanger myself. I will try and send a pic when finished.
That's me with the bucket ! I need organize solutions.
Love this idea, thanks!
Use a paint pen. Much easier. Love the instructional tho (and your zany personality!). Plan to do it in my shed!
Wait...how did you hang that on what looks like a metal wall? That's what I was looking forward to.
Howdy! If you are putting on a shipping container wall, I used this screw (see clip)

Love you're motivational attitude & genius ideas! TY & I'm in 😊 ❤
Great video! Thanks for posting
Thanks for the info, this was an awesome video. Love it man, you rock!!
Keep the videos coming
Nice quality product
Thanks so much for your informative and fun video! By Golly, I think I can do it now!
Great idea
Great idea. Good work.
Awesome video, thanks 🙏🏾
My kid was totally like "This guy acts just like you" when you were talking about the bad lighting and needing to lose weight at the end of the video hahaha. Awesome video on storage of all my landscaping tools. I will be utilizing this Next payday.
Corey from North Carolina
Great idea☺
wouldn't a magic marker have done the job a lot faster? But your idea to number things IS a very good one. thanks for the idea.
LOL, yes Bob, I wanted to use the orange paint so it stood out. I guess I could have used a fluorescent paint marker. Thanks for the comment!!!
Genius! Exactly what I was looking for.
This is one of the best organizational videos ive ever seen. I love it. Can you come to N.C and organize my whole shecave/woodshop/garage/toolshed/hotmess. Lol
Just get started. Here is a video that I hope helps you! czcams.com/video/WeZ1wTd_feE/video.htmlsi=Kvs5Lskmw78KIUDY
SMART!
OMG, love this. Hey...would you want to sell about 24 of excess hooks???
Nice job in organizing. I like the numbering arrangement.
Seems to me though one could save that 30 or so dollars and spend just pennies by driving in 3 1/2 inch screws in the appropriate spots. 2 screws for each tool, 1 on each side.
Thanks for your comment Sam. I agree. I used to do that and still do on items the hooks don't work on. Only issue I had was the placement. It was too hard to get the tool to hang just right. With the hook, I would just rotate clockwise/counterclockwise to position it. Thanks again for your comment!
Omg I use the bucket method😂
Great ideas... But a fat sharpie Could do the numbers a lot faster.
My OCD liking this. Gons do this
Thanks for your comment. I use the tools every weekend and they get put back up by numbers. I need to do another section, hmmm maybe another video soon...

How did you mount the stud to the shipping container walls?
Hi Rip Dinecola check this video out at time stamp 7:29ish. It shows the screws I used. They stick out a little so you might want to get some a little shorter or grind/file the tips that stick out. Let me know if this helps.
czcams.com/video/qMyqvZBQzA8/video.html
Great video, thank you very much.
One question though, how did you attach the timber to the metal sheet without a stud?
Howdy! I get this all the time. I forgot to add it. Here is a clip of what I used & an Amazon link

@@EZStudRack awesome, thank you
how did you mount the cross board to your shipping container?
Thanks for your question! Take a look at this video at about 7:30
czcams.com/video/qMyqvZBQzA8/video.html
Hahaha brilliant 👏👏👏 subbed!
The 72 piece wall mounted storage hooks are no longer avail at Amazon. Have you found another source? Thanks in advance. Nice set up here!
Hi Becky, I could not find the bulk packs anymore on Amazon. Here is a 12 pack link. I updated video description, thanks for letting me know!! amzn.to/3nc0pRQ
You forgot to explained one but the most important step my friend lol :-) haha how did you attached the 2x4 on the aluminum wall? bolts, screws, etc?
Oops! See this video, fast forward to around 7:23
czcams.com/video/qMyqvZBQzA8/video.html
Brilliant! What is the spacing of the u-hooks?
Thank you! Spacing from hook to hook varies depending on what you are storing. I laid it all out on the ground and shuffled/puzzled things around to get an idea of spacing.
@@EZStudRack Thanks for the quick reply. Now I just have to wait for lumber prices to come down a bit so I can buy a 2x4.😂
Great idea to number them, how did you hang the post hole digger?
Howdy! Used one of these.
amzn.to/45YXdMX
@@EZStudRack great, thank you!
What screw do you use to hang the 2x4 on your garage wall? 3-inch deck screws?
I used these. Watch video at time stamp 7:30
czcams.com/video/qMyqvZBQzA8/video.html
Sir, thank you for the helpful video. I looked for the Amazon link but did not see it.
Howdy, thanks for the comments. I just checked the links in the description and they seem to work. What items were you looking for? Hooks?
@@EZStudRack It turns out I just haven’t used CZcams much. I didn’t realize I had to touch the down “arrow”. When I saw that and tapped it, the links appeared.
Can you help me understand the purpose of using the “trim screw”? Is there an added benefit instead of a regular exterior wood screw? I’m very curious as I intend to use this idea to organize and wonder if I really need those trim screws?
Chris thanks for asking. The trim screws have smaller heads. If I used a regular ex wood screw I would have to drill a much bigger hole to slide over the head. Some handles already have holes but don’t fit over the bigger screw head. Hope this helps!
@@EZStudRack that absolutely makes sense!! I appreciate the explanation. Heading to HD soon so this was very timely. Thanks!
Maybe paint the numbers before hanging the rack?
🤦🏽♂️ that would have made it easier🤦🏽♂️ thanks!
How did you fasten the board to the wall?
I used these guys. See video and Amazon link.

Great idea! How did you attach it to the shed?
Howdy! Thanks for your question. I attached this in a shipping container wall. If you look at this video I came in from the outside using these screws. Fast forward to around 7:30 time.
czcams.com/video/qMyqvZBQzA8/video.html
@@EZStudRack awesome thank you!! Can’t wait to get my 2x4 up and get these tools off the ground!
@@EZStudRack also, I would’ve never thought of drilling from the outside 🤦🏻♀️ Thanks for the tip!
How to attach strip to container?
Didn’t catch the use of Trim screw.
Hello, Trim Screws have smaller heads, so you can drill smaller holes in your handles. I used screws with rubber washer heads. See this video around 7:30 time stamp:
czcams.com/video/qMyqvZBQzA8/video.html
Nice dancing 💃 👌 😀
Love the video but you didn't show how you got the 2x4 on the container wall.
I totally missed that! I used the same screws as this video but a little shorter. Fast forward to 7:30. Hope this helps!
czcams.com/video/qMyqvZBQzA8/video.html
@@EZStudRack I watch your Container videos. I just bought one, have to paint it first before I start adding shelves.
I just used a permanent marker , it went a lot faster than painting.
Awesome! Send me some pics, would love to see them! Eugenio@EZStudRack.com
Great video! How did you fix the 2x4 to the metal wall?
I used sheet metal screws. Check out this video at about 7:29 timestamp. If you go to the description of that video, there is a link to the size and type if you want to order online. I would order them about 1/4 inch shorter. I had to grind them down a little shorter after attaching them. Here is the video: czcams.com/video/qMyqvZBQzA8/video.html
@@EZStudRack Thanks so much for the useful and speedy response.
HOW DID FASTEN THE 2X4 TO THE STEEL CONTAINER
I used a self sealing screw. See clip czcams.com/users/clipUgkxq8vC-ed7Fuo19FEbSPPzrVWjKWmyLypL?si=2AxxQ0DT71sZL3Al
Here is a link of the size I recommend 1.5" long. This is a large pack, you might find smaller packs at your local hardware store or search Amazon. Make sure it has the little rubber washer. Or you can use without washer type but would definitely silicone it to prevent any moisture from getting in. amzn.to/3Sc2zAd
Why did you use a 2x4 instead of 1x4?
Oceano_ Rodriguez I felt a 1x4 didn’t have the strength to hold some heavy items
@@EZStudRack Thank you. What size screws would be best to attach to the studs in the wall?
Great job however I’ll probably use a sharpie to write all numbers in 1.5 mins
Lol, yes me too. Or a florissant paint pen.
🙏 👍 😬
Wouldn't a Sharpie have been quicker and easier to put numbers on the tools and hanging board?
Matthew Asai Great idea! I will try that on my next video.
Those hooks are .98 cents at Home Depot
“i am going to use this to hit my husband...’’ :))))) SUBSCRIBED !
All good until you got to the paint by numbers...there's a much easier way than that, yoi!
the problem is now you cant store anyting big in front ot it, its wasted space, thats why people use plastic barrels cause it takes less floor space. theres gotta be another solution.
You’re right. I have a generator, table and toolbox in front of them. I leave a 2 inch gap to allow me to reach around and access equipment. It still works but having to reach over stuff is a small hassle.
You could have just took a pic and printed it out and laminated the pic an attatched it to your shed. Woul have been a lot easier.
opryhopeful Oh that’s a great idea! Thanks for the comment!
dude I love stencils but that's a lot of work and time. Hand painted numbers or use a permanent marker or buy some stick on numbers and/or letters. Just suggesting the above as alternatives
That’s what I will do next time. It was time consuming! Thanks for the input!!!
"look how much space this takes up - hardly anything"
meanwhile me sweating nervously about how much space that's taking up. damn garden tools why can't you be weatherproof and stay out in the dirt where you belong.
Use a marker. Work smarter.
Who starts counting at zero? What a weird dude.
Lol…it is just a symbol to me, but your right, no one starts counting at zero😂😂
I do. I am a web developer/programmer. :)

Trump 2020 lol .good job helpful numbering tip
Very annoying presentation; just stick to the facts instead of infomercial tactics, otherwise good idea on the garden tool rack
Thanks for the input
youy didn't show us how you mounted the 2x4 that holds it all
I know, I know… I failed! Watch this video at around 7:30, are use the same method and the same screw. It’s stuck a little out of the wood, so if you can find a shorter screw, I would use it
