I love Forrest Gump. Tom Hanks is such a good actor.
Definitely one of my favorite movies!
I love Forrest Gump it’s one of my favorite movies
I love Forrest Gump and it's such an amazing movie. I also think that it's very perfectly made and produced and also the story is perfectly told. Tom Hanks gave us and oscar winning performance in this movie and I also think that it's very underrated. Can you do on The NeverEnding Story next week?
Thanks for the suggestion Wyatt.
It's not an underrated movie....it's 4 stars which is the highest rating.
80’s and 90’s movies are WAY better than the 2000’s 🤣🤣
CaRz 164 only certain
Wow, I actually thought the LT. Dan character didn't have any legs.
Darn you CGI!!
Lol. Ya it was very convincing
🤣
What an outstanding performance from Tom Hanks. He deserved that Oscar like no tomorrow!

This is one movie I definitely need to watch. I've seen a little bit, but not the whole thing.
Hey Rustin, it's me again. Ironic that you and I were just discussing a few days ago how much we like Tom Hanks, and you did Forrest Gump.
I appreciate it. Although I knew most of these facts, I learned some cool new things as well.
Hope your transition to CA has gone well. Finally finished my Masters paper last night (123 pages).
You'll recall I wish we could have some type of movie trivia match, so I've got a question for you. Please try not to look it up though. I just want to see if you already know it.
For which film was Tom Hanks first nominated for the academy award for best actor?
Look forward to hearin' from ya. Be safe.
Congrats on finishing your Masters paper! That's a major accomplishment. As for the trivia question, my guess is that Tom Hanks was first nominated for Philadelphia, which he also won, but I'm assuming he wasn't nominated before that.
@@FunFactFilms Thanks so much for your kind words.
I'm amazed I stumped you. And I considered giving a hint, but thought that might make it too easy.
The hint I would have given was: His first nomination was not for Philadelphia, although that was his first win.
You can fact check me on this, but I'm about 98% sure his first nomination was for Big in 1988. Obviously he didn't win though.
Thanks so much for playing along. Shoot me a question if you got the time. It's only fair that I should have to answer some as well.
Blessings.
You're welcome. Here's one for you: What's the first movie to win Best Picture at the Oscars?
@@FunFactFilms Hey man, thanks for the question. It was "Wings." I want to say 1929, but I'm not confident on the year.
I can actually name all 92 films that have won best picture (not in order though).
That was fun. Thanks so much. Hope you're doing well.
Nicely done!
Great facts.
Please can you do 101 Dalmatian live action .
Please from 1996.
Thank you.
Actually I thought what he said when his mic got cut off was and I see. That scene ONE TIME with the audio it’s out there but it was something like “In Vietnam people come home with their legs blown off, or their hands - your best friend doesn’t come home at all - that’s all I have to say about that” something like that it mentioned bubba
Hanks was inspired by the actor playing young Gump.
He did not come up with it on his own, Hanks himself has said such.
This is the best movie ever
such a beautiful movie
I’m watching the Netflix production of making Forrest Gump…unbelievable what these people went through to get this blockbuster filmed. If you don’t get Netflix just get it to see this. I don’t know how some of these people didn’t say ..screw it… but these professionals fought and won and produced a true film classic!! ❤️ I know most films have incredible geniuses behind the scenes to make a movie…Forrest Gump is no exception. ❤️
Hanks got his accent from the boy who played young Forrest it was agreed older Forrest should talk like younger Forrest and the war scenes were at a golf course
Did you notice the biggest mistake of all? Forrest never really ages like everyone else.
Can you do some video games please if you want to
Thanks for the encouragement Callum Power but I’ll be sticking to movies until this channel gets big enough to branch out into different categories
Can you please do Wallace & Gromit: The Curse of the Were-Rabbit for your next video
Shot several times in the but-tocks!!!lolol!!!
I'm wondering if you would like to choose to do it behind the scenes facts on one of these three movies. Castaway, Pitch Perfect, and night in the museum
Can you do facts about Spaceballs?
So what's the significance of the blue plaid shirt?
Can you do one on a leage of their own
Thanks for the suggestion 👍
