Say for instance youre in a pub with your mates, and an active shooter comes in and starts shooting. If you have the advantage of sneaking up behind them and punching them full strength in the back of the head, and it (cough)s him. Whats the legal implications of that? legal use of self defence?. Also, thank you for all your videos, they are great. Been a long term fan of yours -you tell it how it is with no bullshit. I also liked your motivation videos. Just looked it up in uk laws. It all boils down to "if the action of punching the shooter in the back of the head was the only viable means you had to stop an ongoing and lethal threat to yourself and others, and it was a spontaneous act aimed at saving lives, its most likely to be considered a lawful act" youd still have to prove it was spontanous and you had no other means at your disposal to stop them. Hmm...
