I just love how everyone got so philosophical when drinking
Bruh, or passin a blunt
Why are these videos getting so few views? Such a shame because they're really well made.
MangoTec Honestly, I have no idea! Strange.
@@luke It may be that the youtube algorythm is hiding them because of the smoking topic. Sad
@@MrMew97 yeah you're right, youtube removed a video of mine cause I titled it kids blow smoke (it wasnt even real smoke)
So avoid putting smoking in description, tags and titles. Algorythms might pick up on smoking words in the video itself too... but mostly titles n description.
the conversations between josh and his friends got me so emotional. opening up about mental health can be terrifying for anyone but to do it as a man, to a room of other lads, while also being filmed ... that takes next level courage josh. no fragile masculinity in that room and i’m loving it
"Every day is a day and if you get through each day then you're through all the days"
That's some deep shit right there
i quit smoking in May 2019 nd had some relapses in the beginning (found a half done pack, decided to finish it, ended up buying another etc.) but in general now have largely kicked the habit! havent smoked at all since July.
Its definitely a hard path, but like in this video its very much a brain remap that needs to happen. You need to understand why you do it, what it does for you, and whether thats worth the downsides. And then you make a decision, whether to continue or not, but it needs to be yours and it needs to be enthusiastic and determined. Only then will it be possible for you to go through the withdrawal and relapses but still ultimately end up tobacco free (or at lwast addiction free). Also don't give up if you relapse!! It's part of the process xx
such a wonderful series!! i can tell how much hard work went into it :)
I love this your entire friendship and compassion towards each other is brilliant, how it's done in a respectful manner and not just pushing and anger when giving in xx what a great journey, video, friendship and documentary xx good job Luke and Josh xx
This was such an interesting series, thanks Luke!
Cards against humanity is the best game to play when you're drunk😂
Great series and proper tv/Netflix quality. Keep at it Luke!
A small constructive note would be that that guitar background music was a bit loud but hopefully when some production company snatches you up - and they better BC you’re great at what you do- that’ll be the sound-guys problem!
Never stop stopping it worked on my 40th time (at least) and nearly 16 years ago the nHS quit came to the work place! And they had 'group therapy' as part of i the patches really helped but the group journey really worked. Everyone is different it takes time to find the right way for you.
This is such a beautiful series and thanks you so much it made me reflect on my own appreciation of life! Much love as always 💙
This series is actually helping me put things into perspective myself. I've switched from smoking to vaping recently and I'm really trying to reinforce the reasons I should quit altogether so this came at a great time. Thank you Luke & Josh :)
This video was so wholesome, smoking is ultimately a crutch for something bigger & the one thing that has stopped me going back to it is reminding myself of a friend who passed that wouldn’t want me to give in to the urge. Great video guys, I’d love to see more stuff like this from you guys :3
Jay is me when I'm drunk. Telling my friends I love them and I want them to look after themselves, grand sweeping summarisations of the meaning of their life, and talking about motorbikes
Sometimes you have to be reminded about the amount of people that care about you, to actually give a shit about yourself. I burst into tears. It is so hard but you really need to be reminded.
'Why would u do anything to make u not live longer' as he's drinking. Love it
that is the most wholesome group of friends awh
Luke this was fantastic! you really need to be talking about this more! I only got to know this was here from Evan's new video with you in it that i just watched and i came straight over here to watch this whole thing! So interesting, so well fuelled, so genuine, and really entertaining (especially you trying to reverse out of your house!) Please do more of this! Films and series' are you!! thats what you do!
This was a really strong series! Try not to allow the views distract from what you've achieved!! It's good stuff
I never expected a spon to get so heartfelt, but that was lovely. I think it's hard for most people to truly put in to perspectives the effects of a tiny thing that hurts you slowly over time. Especially if you don't see yourself as worth the effort of trying to be good to yourself. You put this in to words very well. thank you
I was so invested in the outcome of this... good work on the documentary Luke et al, can't wait to hopefully see more content like this :D
It's always the drunk philosophy that gets to people :') Really well made series Luke! I'm a smoker myself but this has made me really think about what's always at the back of my mind.
These videos have been so intersting and well made, honestly Luke I'm so proud xx
Great series Luke well done and hope josh keeps doing well =]
Not to change the subject of the video but I noticed Luke was drinking kopperberg, Luke you’re a vegan right ?? If I remember kopperbergs are not vegan I may be wrong but 😬😂
Great series lukeyyy
That was bloody brilliant.
so well made! LOVED it!
Although I dont personally believe in these types of treatments (if you do then I say go for it)but I do believe the strongest method to stop something like smoking is as soon in this video, people being honest and making you realise the perspective of it
the best way to help someone quit smoking is to be an understanding friend and not "test" them. understand what their triggers are and try to reduce them until their nicotine levels go low enough that they don't feel the urge to smoke. if they say drinking makes them want to smoke then maybe say "ok well if you're not having a beer then I might get a soda too" but don't throw them under the bus then say how dissapointed you are that they can't control themselves
Loved this, so interesting!!
This was an amazing series. Thank you for making this. I'm so glad Josh is doing better 😊
Thank you 😁 he really is! We filmed this a few months ago and he still doesn’t need to smoke.
@@luke oh wow that's amazing! Such a life-changing experience.
What happened to your Duolingo streak?
such a wholesome group of friends awe 💗💗
Loved the series
This whole documentary is so well made and so interesting to me
Luke is the best friend ever !!
imonna cry what a great video
Hi Luke!!
i've not watched you in a while, honestly i'm like wheres this movie of yours that you were gonna make? i know you want it to be perfect but cmon its gonna come out soon
No one:
The deep talk man: At the end of the day...
Tbh this is pretty much what happens at the end of a night out, with my friends XD
Drunk British accents 😂
Also, interesting video
sad he still smokes ...
8:22 because life is a drag
Also you're drinking, mate. That'll probably knock a couple years off
When did Luke start drinking!? 🤔
I don’t really drink in my normal life, but as I asked at the start to Josh “Am I going to have to get drunk with you?”
If I’m going to be asking my friend to test himself the least I can do is join him and be there for him. Thankfully we had our amazing crew to keep filming going ☺️
