It's amazing to think about how far back Egyptian history goes. It's also amazing to think that they brewed a drink that's so close to being beer that it's considered one of the first iterations of beer.
Hieroglyphics is hard to read without extensive training. It's also hard to speak.
Archaeologist here! So hieroglyphs actually represent sounds, like the owl means 'm', reeds means 'i/y', but they can also mean the object. The water symbol means 'n' but can also just be a shorthand for water. The really challenging hung is that there's no punctuation or spaces between words, so it's very hard to read!

This was nostalgic in a way, as I've been to a lot of these places (in London) AND things similar to the Egyptian experience in Egypt and in London when I was a child; now I am a bit older, I just don't go out as much, watching CZcams, listening to music, working on projects, and crying myself to sleep...
I think I need to go out a bit more, just like I used to when I was little.

I wouldn’t be surprised if a tourist has gone to Buckinghamshire to try and find Buckingham Palace.

Don’t worry Luke I’ve lived here 19 years and never been to Buckingham Palace, BEAT YOU! I’ve been to the NHM about 5 times tho, so this deffo looks up my alley 😂
One of the other times I was in London the fourth plinth was a giant thumbs up. Can't remember what it was in September as i was getting sleepy after coming down from Edinburgh on the sleeper (whoops). Shall see what it becomes in January when I visit back again.
