Why not use a food processor? It's a fun video idea but I'm a few mins in and I cant understand why you didn't think to use a food processor! Cant wait to see if it works or if anyones brave enough to try eating it after.
You should've put a little sugar in the dough to feed the yeast and it would've risen better and been softer, also let the dough rise before you put it in
i knew it was going to be good (and bad at the same time) the worst part was when you said "set the oven for 220.." i literally said "NO!!" out loud. bread (and almost everything else) should be cooked at a lower temp then that. like 175 Celsius (350 Fahrenheit) honestly bread is crappy food anyway, so it's barely wasting food.. i saw something a few years back about not feeding bread to birds or animals, it's actually bad for them, so i figured why are WE eating it then??? (i switched to flour tortillas for sandwiches, somewhat healthier and also doesn't spoil and get moldy so fast) but good on you for donating. :)
i thought when you said you had signed a contract that this was going to be sponsored somehow. i'm kinda glad it was what it was and that no one was giving you money for this. i mean, it was interesting but i was definitely just listening while playing a game on my phone...
