As a beginner u can go fo curlup or fix my curls products. Dont forget to do reset wash before starting CGM using a sulfate shampoo ( but silicones free).

You Can use both if you feel like you're hair needs both, no problem. Enthegilum oranam use chythalum kuzhapmila..but ensure tht your curls are enough moisturized. Curls adikam moisturized akunila frizzness oke kure undengil use both.
First use leave in conditioner, then use hair cream..after tht you can apply hair gel.

You should use hair cream for styling..it cannot be replaced with hair serum.. while doing sotc if needed you can use hair serum..for curls definition its better to use the hair cream on ur damp hair❤️

What's your curl type Sissy .. is it 3b curls with low porosity?
Mine is a mix of 2c& 3a. As my hair is chemically treated now ( colouring )

It’s not bad, the only reason why they say don’t condition your scalp is build up happens and it’s unavoidable to a certain extent, but conditioner should be concentrated on the length of the hair, not the scalp. You can also condition from the ears down to avoid getting it near the roots and crown.

Hi dear
Its better to do a reset wash and start cgm, coz it helps in removing any existing product built-ups,any water insoluble substances (eg:like silicone molecules)etc. Doing reset wash helps in removing these, and gives you better results. We can also understand the right effect of styling products in defining our the curls . So if you are a newbie to Cgm, first clarifying wash/ reset wash using a sulphate shampoo which is silicone free. Sulphate in the shampoo helps to remove water insoluble products if any. Then follow the cgm steps.
From your second hair wash day u can use any cg friendly shampoos if needed. Also its better to use this reset wash shampoo twice a month to avoid product built up problems.

true frog is a good deep conditioner. after applying deep conditioner wait for 15-20 mins. u can use heat cap or wrap a warm towel in ur hair after applying DC. do squish to condish, it helps to give moisturizing effect on the hair strands. you can also try DIY deep conditioners. czcams.com/video/V27DEbVyNjY/video.html
How to overcome dryness?
I am using aratas prdcts (shampoo conditioner and gel).
Should I use cream also...
better to use a curly hair cream .. its helps to moisturise and soften your curls.. also do deep conditioning once in a week to reduce hair dryness
Can we use arata's leave in conditioner as deep conditioner?
better to use hair masks as deep conditioners .. you can give arata’s hair mask a try. Or else u can try true frog’s hair Dc, garnier’s banana hair mask etc

Appol 2 Weeks kazhinjittu venamemgil pathiye gap kootti nokkiyal mathiyaakum.
