The 2023 Sydney to Hobart Yacht Race got going under stormy skies with a light easterly breeze.
With the 100 footers like Law Connect and Andoo Comanche already off shore the team at bottom up boats took some time to focus on some of the small craft in the IRC 2 and IRC 3 fleets with the larger boats tacking there way across the heads.
The 2023 Sydney to Hobart Yacht Race would turn out to be the second closest race for line honers in history with less than minute seperating Law Connect from Andoo Comanche when they made it up the Derwent River to Hobart.
