Thanks for a great informative video 👍🏾 just recently purchased the Wilson Combat WC320 X Compact Black No safely Grip Module and install the Tungsten weight kit and transfer the trigger module inside the frame . Like the feel of the frame module and looks great.
You’re answering lots of my questions about the P320 without really trying. I’ve got the Compact not the X Compact and I’ve wanted a light and a laser and this provides a way to switch back and forth although that Wilson grip module being so tight might not prove ideal for switching. Anyway very helpful.
I have one on the way to me. I had the carry size and loved it. I've switched to the p80 frame since but I'll definitely be holding onto this WC frame this time
I have the 17 rounds version of this module and when I put the FCU in for the first time it was the same way and took a little work to finally get it in the module. You are right it will not come out by hand you have to pry it out with a screwdriver or something.

I live in VT with Treasonous Mag restrictions! i ought a Carry P320 .40 cal (3 Notches in rail) it was supposed to have a 17 round Mag but came with 14 Round Mag( Restriction Max in VT) My slide is 6.5 inches long, my Mag Tube is 4.5 inches long, What Grip Module will i need? it seems by there chart, my gun is not an option? will one of these grip mods with a flat bottom on grip (Instead of mag cut out like my P320) my P320 Back strap of the grip, hangs lower than the front of the grip, does this matter? and cn i order a grip module that says it holds 17 round mags?

Is it the same mag the p320's came out with originally or is it one of those mags that came out with the x Series of p320's..This is kinda a deal-breaker for me because mags really really aren't cheap where I live. I keep looking for the PL Mini but I'm only finding the PL mini 2 Valkyrie. Yours looks great with the compact module, but the PL mini 2 does not fit as flush as the PL Mini 1. Is the PL Mini discontinued?
I just got the P320 compact with the 3.9” slide obviously, and I’ve been trying to find a grip I could just switch over and still use the 15rd mags that come with the gun instead of having to go buy 17rd mags. Think you solved my problem!

The X series grip was my favorite until I got the Wilson Combat grip.....The Wilson Combat grip module let's you get a very good purchase onto your gun, Believe it or not I actually draw my gun faster from concealed because of the Wilson Combat grip

As long as it's a little better or the same I was going to purchase, but once I saw that video I needed a 2nd opinion. With that being said I will order the grip today. No more mods for me.

How does the Wilson compare to the Small sized X Carry?
The WC has better traction and has a thinner grip profile and under cut
I don't like how the magazine baseplate protrudes on the front strap.

Do the magazine base plates matter for fit like when swapping to an X series grip module with an OG mag?

It's the X series mags, I updated all of my older magazines bases to the 2nd gen bases

No you can just buy the magazine bases plates I got mine from Osage County Guns I paid $9 each
