All honorably discharged veterans should get E-1 base pay for life or their disability rating, whichever is higher. All 100 percent P&T should automatically get SSDI

What about a higher level review?

A little confused. Is this advice assuming HLR and supplemental where exhausted?

    Thanks for the video!
I have three VHA claims at the BVA for clothing allowance. I won one (less than 20 months in 2020), and I am confident that I will win the other three. 😊
My only had one VBA claim at the BVA (including time at the RO, remanded, and C&P exam) was from 2007 to Aug 2015. I was granted the claim. I saw a traveling judge, and this was the main reason it took so long.😮
