After my surgery in July 2022, the hospital had this cool invention that they strapped to my unaffected leg, which pumped (squeezed) my leg at intervals to prevent clots. I loved it.
Everyday I find something broken, luckily Bob and Brad post a video on how to fix it the very day 🤗

Hi Bob and Brad. My mom and I love your show. Question: What are your thoughts on those electric Medi-Rub massager units (very high-vibration pad/unit that you place your feet on). I like to use one daily for preventative measures, and I can feel deep vibrations in my feet and legs all the way up to my knees.
Oh my goodness. When my mom, sister and I went on a trip together, non of us had mentioned it, but when we got to our destination, we each took off our shoes and then our compression socks. haha What a relief!

I'm 40 years old and in pretty good shape but I work as a concrete finisher and am on my knees for hours at a time regularly. I was installing a floor for multiple days in a row and on my knees all week, including last Saturdayand Sunday. By Tuesday , I had this pain on the outside/back of my right knee. It's Friday night now and thankfully I didn't have to work today because the pain started traveling down my leg and is a pretty brutal ache from just inside the outer ligament in the back, down my calf muscle, all the way to my outer ankle bone. It only hurts with weight on it certain ways or if I lift my foot and roll my foot inward, stretching that area. Am I gonna die of a blood clot or should I quit being a babygirl and stretch?

In my case I have factor five, My first bout of phlebitis happened in 2000 in my right leg, I was put on blood thinners for a year then told to stop my blood thinners, THIS WAS MY TREATING SUPPOSED SPECIALISTS DOWNFALL because unbeknownst to me I suffered another bout of phlebitis in 2002 in my left leg, it was then in hospital that a test was done and I was diagnosed with factor five OH HOW I WISH THAT I COULD SUE THAT FIRST DOCTOR FOR MALPRACTICE …. And for how much suffering and damage his decision has and is causing me. So please if you have a bout of phlebitis demand that a test for factor five be done as it is a very common condition that my stupid doctor ignored to do.

I love my pounder but I have a large calcified blood clod in my leg. I use the pounder everyday on my feet. I'd like to use it on my leg, but I'm concerned the blood clod could break off and travel. Should I be concerned about that? Or since it's calcified- no problem? Thanks

Be one of the 1st to go too, hubby says go prior to eating as everyone goes after then, I went business to EU in lay down seat, honestly, not much better... Another time in economy almost took my knee out just getting up, seat so tight, unbelivable! I'm out for next trip, cat needs fresh water!😁
