What happened to bob, i have only ever seen the old videos. I was curious and wanted to see if they were still making videos.
@@stopthehatesegregate1819 I can not remember the name of it but he developed a neurological condition (not a stroke) that affects his speech and balance. They made a video about it this summer I believe.

Most of my patients don’t stretch regularly but these stretches are simple and relatively easy to implement
Definitely will be sharing this video with my patients so they can start daily habit of stretching

Lunges just in general are great…there’s a CrossFit benchmark workout, Cindy. Which is 15 air squats, 10 push-ups and 5 pull-ups for 20 mins. I recommend doing reverse lunges instead of the squats three times a week after 15-20 min walk

I heard it was bad to hyperextend the neck backward, but I have since learned that it is neck rolls or circles that can cause compression injury & instability.

He experienced some episodes a while back it slightly affected speech I can't quite remember the name of the condition ... Slight changes in speech but it makes no difference I hardly notice the info heart and humor is so good😊

@@karendoyle7999 So, back in my days in the service, i was on the ops floor with a coworker also saying 'heigth' and our supervisor corrected her.
She said 'OMG, no way! I've been saying it that way my whole life and no one has ever taken the time to let me know I was saying it incorrectly.'
And see how providing correct measurements, distances, descriptions and details was vital to our mission, I always took that lesson to heart.
Did you notice how I ended my second paragraph by putting the period before the apostrophe?
I was doing the opposite - and incorrectly - for years until someone on this very site educated me during the pandemic.
Now, some folks may take offense at someone lending a helping hand and others see it as gaining a bit of knowledge they didn't previously have...I choose the latter.
