We've alot of older persons where I live, I see them daily hobbling around to shop and it's downright pitiful to see. Many undoubtedly had no or improper physio but they must carry on through every painful step.

It never occurred to me that my horrible foot pain could be from my leg muscles being overworked. My leg muscles are always sore. Thank you for the insight on this.

It can also be connected to tight muscles in your buttocks as well - my arch pain was linked to that and my physical therapist was able to help get it to relax.
spent 2 years in pain and barely walking. i was told my arches were collapsing and was given special insoles. but that wasnt the problem. all i needed to do was stretch exactly like this every morning and the pain is gone and i can run again and i dont need any type of insoles! it took around 5 days of stretching until i could walk and run normal again.. thanks fellas!
I am looking forward to this video. You 2 are the best. I had TKR on 12/06/2021 and I’m still suffering the repercussions from it. Wish I never had it done. I went home the next day after the doctor telling me to be up walking every hour on the hour for 10 minutes. I go home next day and lay down to take a nap. I forgot about the 2 nerve blocks they gave me. I grabbed the walker so I could go to the restroom. And just slowly slid to the floor and I was on the floor for 8 hours. The next morning the home health care nurse came to see me just as the first responders were here and got me up in 2 seconds. The nurse said she couldn’t take care of me so she made arrangements to send me to a rehabilitation hospital in Texarkana, TX. I was in there for 2 weeks but no walking. We were either in our wheelchair or bed. We had PT 3 hours in the morning and 1 hour in the afternoon everyday all of us sitting in a wheelchair. So they brought me home (SW Arkansas) the day before Christmas Eve. I still couldn’t walk and was in the worse pain of my life. After being home a week my neighbor had shoulder replacement a week after my right knee replacement so the doctor set me up to go to PT with him. My leg was bruised from my groin to my foot and the swelling has never gone down. In 1 hour of PT 3 days a week I got more out of that than the whole 2 weeks in the rehab Hspt. I pushed myself to get through the pain. My favorite machines were the bicycle & the machine that moves your leg for you all the way bent then all the way straight out. I maxed that machine out. I was past my 4 month mark and was still in massive pain. Well from the swelling my leg started breaking out with big ole water blisters and my thigh to my knee was 4” bigger than my left good leg. In May my primary PA set me up to have a Unna Boot put on my TKR leg so the home healthcare comes once a week to remove the old one and put a new one on. I was sent for a MRI and CT with contrast and something showed up on my right groin lymph node. Now my left leg is swelling and breaking out in water blisters also so I now have Unna Boots on both legs. On my left ankle and foot with the swelling it feels like I have a tourniquet on it. I was sent to have an ultrasound on both legs and just got part of the results that I have lymphedema so coming up on 10 months of pure hell. At least my new knee doesn’t hurt anymore. I’ll never do another surgery ever again. I’m 74 so I’m on the downhill side of life anyway. I just want all this to go away. Have you ever tried to shower with 2 Unna Boots? Ya can’t. I leave my legs outside of the shower and bend over to get the upper half in the shower. Sorry for sharing this chapter of my life I’m just hoping y’all could give me some guidance because I can’t keep this up much longer. Judi in Arkansas

Thank you for this video as I have been suffering terribly from my inner left ankle as I have rolling arches for years I thought that it was gout or something until I modified the exercise as I don't have a massage gun or steps but I rubbed the back thigh and did the wall extending and flexing the knee for 2 minutes and now I can touch the inner ankle no pain and I'm not walking with a limp. Awesome!😇

For years doctors and PTs said dont stretch these!
But many of us runners did, and got better.
One thing they don't mention is the track of your knee over your toes. Pushing the knee to the inside of the big toe stretches quite differently than having it go to the outside of the foot.
And start walking backwards!

My right foot has been killing me on the right side of my right foot under and next to the ankle bone. The part that sticks out like a nob. I can hardly walk when I get up in the morning. I need to warm it up before I walk. As the day progresses it hurts less and less and for at least two months I didn’t take any walks it hurt so bad. I wish I knew what was up! I think I rolled it for the second time on some rocks I put into my zen garden. If you guys have any ideas, I would love to hear what you advise. Tnx, for sharing all your videos. 🙏🌻💕

Dear Bob and Brad I have no pain thankfully but I have a condition called Primary Orthostatic Tremor which causes me to shake after standing still for just a few minutes then my leg muscles stiffen which affects my balance. Do you have any ideas which may help to counteract this? Thank you for your videos they are so helpful.
