If there was a third party then that could sway the decision more one way or the other. Right now it’s a he said she said. I think there may be a bias that money given to someone in this type of “sugar baby” arrangement is considered a gift, not a loan.

Neither of these two come off great in this clip, but from a legal perspective, it seems odd that he didn't at least get the $1500.

Just about any other judge would’ve made her pay it back just in the fact that she lied about what it was for. I completely disagree with the ruling. It definitely was already decided once their ages were revealed. That’s all she cared about. She looked over too many other facts of the case.

Richard Podnar....my opinion....Judge Millian's judgement was so bad this time.....this is not a 27 yr. old, she is a practiced user, a cheat, a liar (a liar at least until she saw the judge was on her side) a deceiver, a bad person. I would think the judge would be old enough to know that chances are this guy can't even have sex anymore. He is probably lonely & thinks he has to pay for someone to be company. You have no idea how lonely old age is (for some people). How much people don't have time for old people. How people will do anything to avoid old people. IF you have older friends, that are still alive &/or you have children that love you then you probably are not lonely. Most older people are very lonely & spend hours, days, weeks alone without getting to speak to a single other human being. I feel bad for the man & I am thinking he has learned! The least the defendant should have had to do was pay him back the money....what more proof did he need than have this human stain admit she was only "USING" him, AND THAT SHE DID, VERY PROUDLY/HAPPILY ADMIT TOO!!!! What more proof did she need than her admitting what she was doing to him & admit she did, many times...I might add, she was proud & happy, no remorse, no shame & she sure didn't think she owed him anything because he gave it to her. Very experienced at what she was doing & knew just how to do it!!!!! Sex, I doubt, he probably can't "get it up". I think he saw company & a younger woman (not a child) that might keep him company! Naw he agreed to GIVE it to the defendant so SHE could loan it to Rebecca, and Rebecca was supposed to give it back to him. He didn’t have a contract (written or verbal) with Rebecca (in fact he never even met her if she even exists). The defendant didn’t agree to cover the money if Rebecca couldn’t, therefore she doesn’t owe the money.
She admitted to asking for the money to give to her friend, but she never admitted that she agreed to pay it back in the event that Rebecca couldn’t. If I was the judge, I would’ve still ordered her to pay that back.
I'm sure that was the best 3 months he's had in a while. I think the saddest part about this trial is he walks out to Doug and says there is no lesson to be learned. WOW !!! If you couldn't see it for yourself, you just got it completely explained from the judge what you were thinking all along and you still had the nerve to say wellll maybe not.
