@@headhunter7881 first offense reckless driving is just a summons to appear in court at least in the state I live in I got 1 of them for dragging in 4 pickup bed trailers with 3 ft sideboards and headache racks full of firewood heaped so high we threw straps on every row behind my 79 k20 with K30 suspension and axles and fiberglass rear fenders 2 of the trailers had flat tires I just chose to let the ole 454 eat in 4th gear the cop didn't find the humor in the way I chose to break the beads and dismount the tires but he was impressed with the way I secured my load I didn't lose a thing except tire on the shoulder my brother was picking up following with his Durango on 1 tons and a 24 ft dump trailer we made out of a grain truck we cut the frame around the front axle area and cut the old axle out and put tandem 10k dually axles on with a predator engine to run the dump bed and thr log splitter on the tongue it got dismissed because the cop didn't show and I had my front and rear cameras showing I was hugging the white line and my trailers weren't whipping the judge either didn't know 4 trailers wasn't legal to pull on the highway or didn't care because that wasn't wrote on my ticket just reckless driving was

Nothing wrong with buying off the streets but, gotta have a brain. You thoroughly check your purchase and verify every aspect of it. If the seller is rushing you or you just have a feeling something isn't right, you walk away.

This one's rough, and you pretty much said it as good as I can: the cops ain't gonna do shit, but driving around like you're playing GTA not only puts you and the scammer in danger, but also any innocent bystander who happens to be in the area
My buddy was in a HALO for almost a year from 2 idiots driving life that hit him from behind on his Harley luckily he went over the car because the bike had it high centered so he couldn't drive off he tried but there were too many bikers jerked his keys out and zip tied him to the rim of his car on the sunny side prick got 5 years probation for aggravated vehicular battery

Whenever you go to buy something from someone off of CL or FBM, have a friend with you and record the whole interaction. If the seller doesn’t want to do the deal because you are recording, then you know it’s sketch.
If you buy a couple $200 phones out some sketchy ass dudes trunk for 1200 bucks you deserve to be too broke to put time on the burner phones you just bought
I can count about 10 felonies+ between the 2 sides here......all it took was someone calling the police or a police officer witnessing any of this and they're all going to prison for sure.
I bought a movie projector & screen off 2 guys out of a car boot/trunk, for $150. Plug in my hard drive, with over 200 movies & surround sound. It’s been 5 years now & it’s still going strong. I only did it because I was thinking about getting a projector that week. So I saw it as serendipitous.

I’ll be honest I have done this for one of my friends, but he didn’t Byatt out of the trunk of somebody’s car. He bought it off Facebook marketplace and it was still sealed in all of the Apple packaging but there was an iPhone three inside the box. anyway, he ended up getting his money back and the guy who ripped them off, got a blackeye.
To be honest, I could’ve handled it better, but I had so much adrenaline and rage running through my system that I just wanted to help my friend get his money back because he had been saving up for months for this phone

I love what they did, but it was wrong. They could have gotten that license plate to the Santa Ana Police Dept and believe me, they would have gone after them, because I am pretty sure they could have found more than phones in that car/trunk. Santa Ana PD is probably the best PD in all of Orange County, might be a bit biased as I used to live there.
