My next door neighbour was newly retired and didn't have much of a nestegg from her hard work all her life but enough to be comfortable. She got caught up in this sort of scam and lost everything she worked for...... She commited suicide the next day.
She had a heart of gold and has/would have help anyone in need. Then "humanity" did this to her as thanks.....

- the workers are merely the agents doing what the master commands. The test of deciding who is the servant and who is the master is done by hire and fire method. the one who has the power to hire or fire a person is the master.
That’s why the police were asking, “who hired you ?”
also, their name is recorded in the police data-base. They are not let free, they are under watch. Meaning, if they got caught the second time, the punishment will be harsher.

I 100% agree with this. Google should be fined for the value of all of their paid for ads by the scammers, more importantly they should have a better scam/spam alert in google. Where the emails get put into spam and not your inbox.
I don't think it's possible for Google to distinguish between real support teams and scam ones. Plus he was making a myriad of ad accounts, each on a different machine, shell company and passport. It would be easier to ban Indians from ad platforms.

Psychos is what they are with no remorse until reality of being caught hits them in the face which is the whole reason why they can live with this. Nobody should see them as human beings because that is exactly what they think of the people that they scam as they said this so many times in these scammer videos that it's not hard to look up evidence for that. They always shout about how cool they are behind the scenes when we see them with the cameras on, but when caught ''Cry cry please don't arrest me!''

Hey, I'm a Sikh from the UK. Thankyou for getting these scumbags arrested. These guys have no shame and tarnish the charitable nature of our religion by masquerading around as one of us and causing damage to the community through their greed.

It's not just people from your religion my friend-far from it! No shame at all--these scum come from ALL walks of life! A Sikh taxi driver helped me out big time when I was pick pocketed in London. Had to catch flight and no way of getting to airport. He drove me after countless others turned me down. I insisted on taking his details so I could send him some cash when back home. He sent it back!! Saying helping was only payment he needed!!

Scammers took my elderly neighbor for her entire life's savings. She didn't even understand how it happened after we explained it to her. About 3 yrs later she fell for another one and when she went to the store to buy gift cards the young people who were working at the store recognized it as a scam and stopped her from buying them. 89 years old and so vulnerable.
She needs to stay off the internet and possibly needs a power of attorney so someone else can manage her money

I think some sort of protection could easily be set up - short of actually stopping them using the Internet. A simple monitoring service, they could click a button so someone could supervise when they are contacted about money for instance..

@@rbnhood39 Realistically speaking, most of the big companies and banks have fraud system and policies that the customer should abide with it by agreeing their rules of conduct and policies. the moment you agree means that the companies won't care if you got scammed by receiving these scam calls and whatnot, you are responsible of your actions, not them. In the end, they aren't losing anything anyways.

Definitely does NOT carry penalties it should!! They will all claim they simply worked there and had no real idea of what was going on! Check net for sentences!! They are pathetic!! Money gets confiscated - NOT returned to victims in almost all cases!!

Paid for Google ads should be thoroughly investigated by Google for legitimacy before allowing them to be posted on their search engine. Considering the far reaching implications of scammer abuse, the Feds should step in and mandate this be a process fulfilled by all companies selling this type of nefariously utilized service. So should the companies with fake ads mirroring legit companies like PayPal, for example, do what’s necessary to have these ads pulled.

@@cathmar7394 The cops look very badly trained here,. Just shouting out names, allowing them to touch the computers and phones. If these scammers were even slightly more sophisticated (which they certainly will be if India starts cracking down on them) then they could have easily hit a mass delete button
