I have this laptop with the i5-8250U and 1 stick of 8GB 2400MHz RAM. I tried adding 2 sticks of 16GB so I can get the max rated of 32GB but my laptop can only handle 1 stick of 16GB at a time otherwise it just gives me a blackscreen. Also the charge light keeps flashing continuously and I can't even get into the bios screen. With one 16GB stick, it seems ok but with an occasional bluescreen or freeze up. When I put my original 8GB stick back in by itself, everything is fine. I'm thinking Dell made the i5 models have the max 16GB capacity, while the i7 models got the 32GB capacity. So far I've tried 3 different brands and pretty much more or less the same results. I contacted Dell and they just said to only buy their "high quality approved" 16GB 2666MHz sticks from their website as it is guaranteed to work but at $102.99 each! Any ideas or suggestions would be very much appreciated!

Would you happen to know the part number for the SATA cable connector? I just recently bought this laptop used and I guess the previous owner kept the SATA drive, caddy and connector.

Nevermind, I found one on eBay. Part number: 450.0CL03.0001. It was about $10 bucks.

is there another design of 7573? Because I have the Same Model Dell Inspiron 15 7573, but not the same looks or design of the laptop on your video.

They come in different shades but the body should be identical in shape.

@SellBroke what about the fact that that one uses hard drive as a posed to a ssd?

@@Oswald_and_Windows_tech I had an hdd as well and a friend helped me change it to an ssd. I recommend the swap because sdds, although they have less memory for the same price, they are significantly faster and resistant to movement. My laptop got extremely slow, and the reason was because the hdd was damaged from moving the laptop around. But apart from that the computers should be quite similar
