Nicely done on the restart. I'm fixing to start on my 62 Fleetside Shortbed Big back Window C10 all original inline 6. Got mine for $2250 AND IT RUNS. Everyone is right about too high of a price for your 62. I personally would only give $5500 for it but that's me. I like that Apache there. I have a 61 Fleetside Long bed Big back Window I paid $2500 for. Inline 6 in it also. Keep on a fixin em up. Thanks for sharing. Trucker Ray ✝️

Several things I like. custom cab with the chrome bumper and the stainless cab sails. factory V8 with SM 420 granny low 4 speed. I dont like the 62 torsion bar front suspension. The Hyd clutch release. and a generator instead of a alternator. Also the honeycomb radiator and lack of a PCV on the engine. Also in 63 they came with the 12 bolt rear A 62 has the removable pumpkin rear that is weaker.

Just purchased a 61 64. Custom rotten frame good cab and a 64 one ton with 9ft stepside box all have 283 4 speeds. Anyone know anything about the one ton
