In its journey to 1 billion trees until 2020, Ecosia works together with the NGOs WeForest and OZG (Burkina Faso), The Eden Projects (Madagascar) and PUR Projet (Peru).

I'm going to make the change to ecosia tomorrow, so excited! I was feeling some climate anxiety but then I came across these videos and I'm suddenly feeling so much more hopeful about the future.
What a good project! I love trees and it hurts to see the planet being destroyed. Everybody go to Ecosia , use it and join and honor the earth by giving back it's trees! We get so much from the earth we must do everything to protect her!

Needed now more than ever.
There are two parts to this.
1. We need to stop clearing forest land for cattle or agriculture.
2. We need to plant many more trees to replace the forest cover that has been decimated over the last 200 years.
The Climate Crisis needs all of us to do more.
plants are responsible for some major CO2 drops but you'd need one that dies fast and doesn't decompose aerobically and can reproduce FAST, plants such as azolla and scale trees did this but what we really need is to reduce our footprint to 0 and let the algae, cyanobacteria, phytoplankton and the ocean to do its thing

Ecosia is amazing!
This makes me really happy. My french elementary school I used to go a while ago constantly organized fund raisings and sent all the earnings to Burkina Faso to help to locals build new infrastructures, most notebly a school and buildings reserved for livestock for the community. What a great cause!

Ecosia was born on December 2014. So I just want to have an update to the trees ecosia planted for years, now that it's 2021 already. A documentary for all the place you have planted trees from a bush-like-height- tree to a very tall tree.

You need to showcase more of these stories, this is a very powerful way to show how esosia is making a difference and impacting the lives of people in a genuine way. All of these videos are from 2015 though, definitely should update all the users at least once a year.
