Where can I find a set of a snap ring pliers that size for the hx35/40 rings/clips?
thrust collar to the thrust Bearing looks wrong to me
Do you have a idea of turbo longevity when the C- clips are installed incorrectly.
(flat side toward the bearings)
Likely wont matter it’s just good practice

Followed your process step by step and can't get the shaft to spin and seat correctly, I'm not sure what I'm doing wrong, any help Is greatly appreciated
I’m not sure. I had some people put the spacer in upside down, or the selector didn’t go in the pocket, if you are installing an hx compressor wheel and using the hx collar the plate has to be machined for the shorter collar

I have a new H1e it has endplay is it ok?
jiemrvow the wheel should not move in and out or axial more than .002”

The play is only axial
Can I tighten it up easily it is a new turbo.

No, most Definitely NOT!!!! you could be super brave and make index's n re align them as long as your not changing the wheel.....but rule of thumb is no...they spin far to fast.....even after balancing the index mark alignment bothers me....lol
