I have to admit, I get a little lost watching your videos cuz I’m so new to turbos, Lol If I wanted to take off my turbo & send it to your shop to clean, repair/upgrade what’s the turnaround time once you receive it? It’s my daily drive so downtime is very important. I’m looking for reliably as said it’s my daily drive & pulls my 30’ Travel Trailer a few times a year. I’m not having any issues, this would be a prevented maintenance job. Thanks
The housings look really nice after you've opened them up. Do you ever find any porosity in the castings when you're machining them? I don't know but they just look rough on the outside like they are sand cast, so seeing them all machined out almost polished is kind of a surprise.
The early models have a lot of small air pockets, if I pressure wash it with a 0 degree tip it tears up the air pockets, when sanded smooth you can see them so easy.
You should have many more subscribers than you do but it’s probably because everyone else is editing and making their videos fancy for viewing entertainment but a lot of those ppl are more amateur than experienced or pro.. I support you and mayyyyyybe you should fancy up your vids even if it’s not your thing bcs viewers have a very short attention span and you are not a high energy person party 🎉 🎈 lol....

I haven’t seen that one before. Are you trying to create the whole turbo? Making the turbine housings aren’t too costly usually I did get a quote of 15k for a development fee on an Evox turbine housing once some housings cost more to make than others. I had a few made, that are really good quality.

It has a shield but the housing had too much swing distance so I had to remove it for this job
