Many people laughed at Bjork's dress... she later launched a wonderful album, Vespertine, with swan dress in amazing cover. I love her!!!

bjork undoubtably was influenced by classical music even if she dropped out. but she clearly loves jazz and i think thats what people hear but misinterpret as her accent. but a person could draw a parallel to traditional icelandic music which has a lot of throat sounds. shes just an amazing blend of what she loves. industrial, classic, jazz, instrumental, earthy. i wish i had half the voice she has!

The Academy always drops the ball when it comes to the leads in von Trier's films. Björk, Charlotte Gainsbourg (for both "Antichrist" and "Nymph()maniac"), Kirsten Dunst and Matt Dillon all deserved nominations for their work.
And let’s not forget Nicole Kidman in Dogville. Another shocking film…. I never cared for Nicole before this role and DAMN she blew me away

Nobody else could have worn this dress, just like nobody else could sing this song with so much feeling and expression. She´s unique - and in my opinion, one of the most beautiful women in the world - with an amazing, pure aura.
I've just watched the movie and I wonder why she and the movie weren't nominated to the Oscars for Best actress and picture, it was really unfair!, the movie was a piece of art, this song arrived in the precise moment during the movie that captivated me completely, , it was a well done movie that deserved more recognition.

Why is everyone so stuck with the "???" part? Just close your eyes and enjoy the music. She is from Iceland and her accent doesn't have to be so fluent&understandable. 4 días llorando y sin articular palabra, después de ver Dancer in the dark. Tal fué el golpe para ella, que tuvo que rehacerse de esta película, y está claro que en Hollywood estaba como pez fuera del agua, no le gustaba, y estaba sobrepasada con el esfuerzo de esa intensa película, sabiendo que Bjork es muy sensible y emocional y se mete de lleno en todo.
