A quiet day for one but still a fun bait'n berley bash in the Osprey in one of Auckland's Harbour

- This time of year the Harbours start to fill up with smaller fish as the water temps rise, but if you set a berley in the right place you can have a bit of fun on some better models that come mooching. Nothing big this time and hard day for Stevo, but a few nice 50's with the odd 55 thrown in the mix hitting the Osprey's deck isn't a bad outcome on a very still sunny day in 4mtrs of water 🤙
Fresh mac and cubed kahawai was flav of the day 👌hopefully Stevo gets into them them next time. - Zábava
Thank you Jase, looking forward to another fab one!
Cheers LK 👍

Good Kai eh Para
funny how one person can catch nearly all the fish,,happens with me and my brothers,,used to get annoyed if i was on the losing end but now dosnt worry me as long as someone is catching,,seems to even out in the long run great vid
Hi dk
Yep it is strange how this happens and prob happens to all us fisho's at times over the years of fishing. We've had it where one side of the boat is fishing better than the other and like in this vid even side by side. It's hard to know what it exactly is but it can be a few different reasons from something on your line smell wise, presentation of your bait even fish just holding in a certain spot.
What I have noticed at times fish sometimes seem to just swim in a certain pattern and won't come off that line. We've even turned up at spots and not quite be on the mark get little to no bites then shift a few mtrs and it's all on. Even sometimes just casting in a different spot changes everything
It is hard when someone else is catching and you're not but yes as long as someone's catching 👍
