The dimples you get when you flex or move in a funny direction is tissue, I’ve had multiple stomach surgery and I also have this, massage and exercise definitely helps. Mine is pretty much only noticalble to me now because I look for it. You look fantastic and seem in a great head space! Well done you xx

Alex, you look so genuinely happy with your chest and you seem to have so much body positivity (you've come a long way both physically and mentally in the past few years, I might add). I really hope to get to where you are someday. I've been on testosterone for almost eight months now (as of Wednesday), and I feel like it's about time I get top surgery. I am a senior in high school (United States), meaning I'm leaving for college in another eight months. I've mentioned top surgery to my parents a couple times, hoping to get it done in June, but they still think it's too big a step to be taking. My birthday is in three days and I'm officially going to be an adult capable of making my own decisions, and I want my parents to understand that getting top surgery is more than getting rid of excess body fat- it'll help me with my self-image, help me to physically become the man I am on the inside, and increase my confidence as a trans man, which is definitely something I will need as I go off to college. Wish me luck in the coming months!
I'm sooooo so happy to see you like that. I still remember not long ago you were starting the series "the quest to Alex's beard" and look at you now! Full beard, one year post-op, and looking happier than I have ever seen you in your videos. I'm really happy and proud of how long you've come, after seeing your old videos of dysphoria where you cried (yes I even saw that one), I think this is much much better. So happy for you :)

I started watching your videos casually about 2-3 years ago when I learned one of my classmates I went to school with came out as transgender and i wanted to learn more. It’s been a while since I’ve last seen one of your videos and just stumbled across this one. I just want to say you seem 1000x happier and more genuine than you did a few years ago. Looks great. I'm still playing the waiting game. Got refused my top surgery referral, was absolutely heartbroken. Not a permanent 'no', more a 'come back in 3 months and ask again' but it was still pretty much the worst conversation of my life. So happy for you that yours has gone so well!

Honestly, you look amazing as a whole. A little regretful that I didn’t wait to get Peri instead of DI. But the wait for the sergeant for Peri was a year+ and my dysphoria was so bad. So I opted out for DI as that sergeant’s wait was only a month. None the less it’s just so nice to be flat and binder-free.

I can't say for sure if it works but if you want a more define waist you can do some plank (not sure of the term : the exercise where you tense you core ) and side plank.
I've been following your journey for some time now and I'm happy to see you being happier as the time goes on and your journey progresses.

My left nipple already looks basically perfect, and the right is in the healing process, but it's looking good.

By the way, it makes sense for things to be more swollen/sensitive on your left side, because it's closer to the heart! It's also interesting that you've mentioned the body iage/dysphoria thing; I find that once you're more comfortable with your body as a trans person the border between the two can be kind of blurred? But I think that's good, cause then I think you can approach those issues from a body image perspective and it becomes much easier to bear and deal with.
Perhaps you could involve all of us in order to get working out? You could post on twitter when you're gonna do some exercise, and everyone who watches you can join in. Even if we're all at home, we'll all be conscious of the fact that so many other people are trying hard too!

I think I'd like to go down the same route as you with top surgery, but I don't know too much about the different types yet. I don't think I want the one when you get the scars underneath, because when you're at the beach or the pool, it makes it pretty obvious that I've had surgery in that area, when I don't want it to be obvious.
