Descent diet -
Meal 1- (7:30am) 2 Brown bread with peanut butter, two eggs(whole), cornflakes with milk, oats, soaked almonds(5) walnuts (5)...
Meal 2-(10:30am) jo mummy bna de kha lena ....one mug coffe k sath....
Meal 3- (2:00 pm) White rice, dal, salad, chapati, veges/chicken..... Depends...
4:00pm-6:00pm(gym)
6:00pm-meal 3- Whey protein, 2eggs(whole) joki kafi h descent muscle gain k liye....
9:00pm-(dinner) Chapati, green vegetables (include panner if possible)
This is a descent diet that i follow daily i skip eggs on tues and Thursday 😉...... stay fit stay strong ❤️

These type of meals are quite hard to implement in practical life even if you make on day its hard to make for second day.....Most people don't realize that body building is a profession not a hobby. It needs large amount of Money + Time + 2nd support ( human support to make meals for you) + Sleep . Then if you workout for hours in gym you need good sleep ...body builder sleeps in those hours where most of the people are on roads or in offices or factories...

1.Early morning routine
Water (lukewarm)-1 glass
Sugar-1 tablespoon
Salt-2 pinches
Soaked Almonds & walnuts
-Handful
After half an hour take breakfast
2.Breakfast
Oats -40 g (Rawl
Boiled eggs🥚 -6 white and 2 full
Brown bread -2 slices
Boiled potato -100 g
After 2 hours take post breakfast meal
3.Post breakfast meal
Boiled chickpeas-150g
Paneer -150g
Flaxseed oil-5ml
🍎-1
4.Lunch
🍗 -250g(Raw)
White rice -200g
Moong dal - 1 bowl
Salad- 1 medium plate
2 hours before exercise take pre workout meal
5.Pre workout Meal
Curd - 1 bowl
Boiled potato 🥔- 150 g
Boiled 🥚 whites-6
6.Post workout meal.
Whey protein- 1 Scoop
Sweet potato - 250 g
🍌-1
Take this meal to gym for good recovery of muscle.
7.Omega meal
MCT oil -5 ml
Fish oil -2g
CLA- 2g
This gets you the 15% calorie needed from fats.
Take dinner 1 and half hour after this meal
8.Dinner
🍗 Or 🐟 -250g (raw)
Roti -3
Green veggies - 1 bowl
Take dinner before 2 hours of sleep
Take enough deep sleep for atleast 6 to 8
hours.
