    Calories ke according count kre to 35% protein means around 185g protein per day and wt. ke according bwx1.6g protien is around 85g something. Huge difference sir..
    kindly clear this doubt

    sir main toh apki video dekhne se pehle like Kar deta hu because mujhe pata hai ke ye ache he lage Ge mera weight abhi 71 kg aur thoda aur approximately 80 kg tak gain Karna chahta hu but mujhe pata hai ho Jayega apke ashirwad se 🙏🏻😘🔥❤👍 love and respect sir.

    I am a pure vegetarian and as a beginner my muscle building was nice and after 1 year even if I worked hard my muscles stopped growing and maintaining the same weight...can't gain my weight...I don't even eat eggs...but i will eat all vegetables,leafy greens and nuts and lentils please help me
