CHben Apple hasn’t had real MESH though. But things like Sky Q use a brand new type of MESH for media throughput. This is just the start though, their are a lot of very nice wireless technologies coming to market over the next couple of years, cables will be dead.

  • @wilmeraseasonedtech7172

Enjoying your videos via a home made mesh system with multiple "not-even-the-same" routers, all connected to cable internet modem. Wired gets great speeds (97down/4.9up); Wireless speed ranges (11-50down/3.5-4.5up). Cool how AMPLIFI uses same network name for each mesh-point. No need to switch WiFi connections each time one goes out of range! Great kicking skills!

I liked this review... It seamed honest and to the point. I'm looking for a solid (most important feature) and a quick WiFi network at home (well who isn't ;)). Next to a stable experience, the looks of the base unit is appealing ... I will be placing (if I can manage the cost for the HD set) the base router in our main leaving room. The nice display (even with the time and date) is just super!
Well great that you tested this set, it is clear what my next steps are going to be.

Good video. I'd love for you to try the Orbi. It's the type type of system. I have it and would like a comparison

I am using the BT Hub which goes into a Extreme Networks switch with VLANs (separating traffic between different networks) that my three Unifi APs understand (Internal, Guest and Home).

AP AC Lite here, with Edgerouter X. Covers the whole apartment in 35 to 300Mbps. May be more but my devices are not so new and that's all they get. Would be nice to see how one of these stacks up against the single AP I have.

    Good stuff! Great video/review.
Been selling these to home users since Ubiquiti gave birth to them.
Before these, we used Ubiquiti's UniFi series (still use them though for business use).
I giggled every time you said "rooter" :)

Can you please review budget ways of getting strong internet? My home internet only just pulls in a couple mb up and down and I'd love stronger.

I'm connected to my iPads personal hotspot which is 1 bar of 4G and really slow and I'm able to go to another room without loosening signal and it only has five spaces for people to connect to. Thanks love your videos ❤️❤️

Hey bro i needed to ask something, are there any ways i can make a 5-10 kilometres of Wifi zone, and the range wouldn’t be bothered by trees and buildings?
