Danyal A. AX is coming this year in the enterprise space but devices still won’t be ready for a few years on a large scale.
Wave 2 AC products are only just becoming main stream now.

High end devices should be compatible with AX connections next year and the first AX consumer routers should start popping up this year.

AX will be backwards compatible with AC but the actual wireless chipsets for laptops etc wont be around most likely till 2019. Highend devices like Dell XPS will most likely have them as soon as they are released but the mainstream sub 1k laptops most likely wont till 2020 due to cost.

idk if you have ever owned a gaming router or a highspeed netgear router but all that design that has vents is there for cooling purposes. they do have their own prcessors and such that needs to have space and airflow to cool especially one that works as hard as that one does. btw unhook those antennas and see how far you go before losing wifi connection then connect them and see how much further you get. i can be like 50 meters away through 4 building walls outside of my apartment in my car and still get signal lol

Router is spelt the same in both instances, but has two meanings that are pronounced differently. Rowter : in sounding is a tool used in woodwork. English language spelling - Armour. American spelling - Armor.
There are plenty of other comparisons but I think I've just proved my point.

Just by reading the comment section, I can see how cruel of a world we live on. These people are the ones to kill innocents. They will do anything to make a little laugh. Usually happens when they aren’t happy with their personal life.

I have one question, so do you need to have good speeds already with your internet provider to have good speeds with the gaming router?

9:30 wait, what? No it doesn’t. Games know your location and connect you to other people in your general region...
I like your videos and I like your channel, but don’t try to stretch the truth to make a product look better than it is.

Well no, they do connect you to mostly people in your region, but sometimes it connects you with people from all over the world. This router refuses that to happen at all

The router physically disables any host outside of the radius that is set, regardless of any Geo-location code that the game would be running to connect to local servers. The router can do this because it is physically talking to the authentication server that provides the data connection. The reason that this can happen is because each location gets certain IP addresses that are for that location and the router will know this from a database of IP's.

He didnt stretch the truth, I looked this up and it does what he said it does, it tries to connect you to which ever anywhere in the world. It looks at best connection, sometimes that can be hundreds of miles away, it depends on the internet provider and what they limit the bandwidth allowed so a connection 100 yards away could be a bad connection where one 20000km away could be faster. Most travel at the speed of light now so it doesnt matter where your location is.
