Does it have to be an SVG added to canva, or will it work with anything added to pdf?

Hey there, Procreate will not create a vector file, no. But you can export as a PDF directly from Procreate.
@@SilhouetteSchool This video is still not working and I am following the same steps, I keep running into loop holes.
I have trouble uploading to Canva my SVG’s that I created in Silhouette ( like you showed us ), they will not upload it gives me an error, do you know why?

Mine wants to put cut lines around the entire image but not the words like yours, have followed all other instructions step by step. Some files it will get around the words perfectly but others it's just around the whole square.
Make sure you have converted text to path.
Where do you do that because mine is doing the same thing.

I added an outline to my image in canvas but when I exported it to versaworks it didn’t show up. What did I do wrong. It cut everything out properly but the outline didn’t show up

So I created a svg out of a png in silhouette then went to canva and did this step by step but in vw it’s still wanting to cut the box and not the design. What is missing?

I dont see the job option.. I dont get what im doing wrong on that.
You need to right click the name of the file in the Queue and click Job Assistant
@@SilhouetteSchool I did, mine doesn't show that. I wonder if I need a upgrade but they just installed mine like 3 weeks ago.
Same here. Did download an .svg and did use both Silhouette Studio and Canva to create .pdf. In Versaworks Job assistant it is blank. My version of VW is 6.14.0. Help needed 😀
This doesn’t work for me. There is clearly something missing in this video. I followed exactly several times and still no cut line around my image. 😢

Can png be used?
A PNG is not a vector so it can't be used as is.
@@SilhouetteSchool can a png or jpg be converted to svg, to be able to use it like shown here?
