Tastes soooo much better cold
I made it today and it was a HIT!!! THANK YOU!
Thanks for your question Kenzie! No you definitely don't have to add the raisins. You could omit them altogether or you could try substituting with another dried fruit such as apricots, cherries or even coconut!
Hi thanks for your question. Milk is one of the ingredients in this pudding. If you have vanilla flavored milk that will work too.
Great question, Neil! You can certainly prepare this rice pudding in the same pan that you've used to cook rice. Hope you enjoy it.
That's the first time I've had all of the ingredients already in my kitchen.
yummy...though, I prefer it chilled, myself! nice to see a recipe on here that I dont have to wait 6 hours to eat!
It is very similar! Enjoy :)
Hi AngieKiss02! You can do this recipe without the egg. Try substituting 2 tablespoons of cornstarch whisked together with 2 tablespoons of water for every egg called for in the recipe. Enjoy :)
I recommend putting the mixer will it's still soupy into a oven safe dish and putting it in the oven on 325F for about 10 minutes :)
Hey, do you think I can use Stevia instead of sugar?
Thanks for the video.
What is the purpose of switching to another pot?
Why can't you use the same pan you first cooked the rice in? Seems like you're dirtying an extra pan.
wouldn't you need to temper that egg first?
IS THE milk the pudding?
Would it work if u put vanilla pudding?
Can I do without the egg?
Is this like the Mexican version of arroz con leche??
This is what I call Arroz con leche. Just without the egg and butter.
can I skip the raisins?
Of course, Joshua Garcia. That's a cook's call!
This is Pakistani dessert w/o salt n butter, called kheer
